7、多点控制单元（即：MCU）能与集团公司原视频会议系统终端设备搭配使用，支持不低于9个分会场同时召开9组会议。
8、会议室硬件终端：万州会场与重庆会场，采用分体式主机、全向麦克风、摇控器等，支持4CIF格式（704*576），支持双流电脑数据传输，支持色差分量高清接口方案。
网络传输要求：要达到良好流畅的音频效果，应使用1024K（1M）以上稳定带宽网络连接，建议使用同一网络运营商线路，MCU需要固定的静态IP地址，各地外网用户可采用光纤接入。
视频服务器（MCU）放置在机房，所需带宽是各分会场总和。
