2. Training Objectives

The main objectives of this training plan are as follows:

3. Training Content

The training content is designed to cover a wide range of topics, including English language

skills, teaching methodology, classroom management, assessment, and professional

development. The training will be conducted through a variety of methods, such as

workshops, lectures, seminars, and practical exercises.

- English language skills: This part of the training will focus on improving teachers'

proficiency in English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Teachers will be provided with opportunities to practice their English language skills

through various activities, such as role-playing, discussions, and group work.

- Teaching methodology: This part of the training will introduce teachers to a range of

English teaching methodologies and pedagogies, such as communicative language teaching,
