1. This is my friend Jane.

四.语法:可数名词的复数

可数名词的单数变复数的规则

1. 一般情况在名词后加-s.

e.g. book----books, pen----pens, sister----sisters

2. 以s, x, sh, ch结尾的名词,在后面加-es.

e.g. class----classes, box----boxes, watch----watches, dish----dishes。

3. 以辅音字母+y结尾的名词,改y为i,然后再加-es。

e.g. baby----babies, family----families,party----parties, dictionary----dictionaries 4. 部分以f或fe结尾的名词, 把f或fe改为v, 再加-es。

e.g. knife----knives, wife----wives

5. 以o结尾的名词,一般情况下有生命的加-es,无生命的加-s.

tomato---tomatoes, potato---potatoes. photo---photos , radio---radios,

★ 还有少数名词的单数变复数时没有规则的。

man-----men(男人),woman-----women(女人),foot-----feet(脚),tooth-----teeth(牙齿),

child-----children(孩子),sheep-----sheep(绵羊),Chinese-----Chinese(中国人),Japanese-----Japanese(日本人)

see v.(动词) 看见;明白

e.g. -What can you see in the picture?

-I can see a cat in the picture.

e.g. I can’t see why he is not friendly to me.

4. -Well, have a good day!

-Thanks! You, too. =(Have a good day, too).

have a good day!用于表达祝愿,祝愿对方一天里有好的心情和运气。类似的祝福语还有:

have a good morning/ afternoon/ evening

have a good time

e.g. Have a good evening, you two! (祝你们俩晚上玩个痛快!)

二. 语法。

语法一:肯定句变否定句和一般疑问句。

★肯定句变否定句在be动词后加not。

1. I am Mike.(肯定句)

I’m not Mike. (否定句)

2. Tom and Mary are good friends. (肯定句)

Tom and Mary aren’t good friends. (否定句) are not =aren’t

3. Eric is an English boy. (肯定句)

Eric isn’t an English boy. (否定句) isn’t =is not

★ 肯定句变一般疑问句时,将be动词提到句首,并将第一人称变为相应的第二人称。

my(我的)/ our(我们的)---------your(你的 /你们的), I ----you

1. Lucy is my sister. (肯定句)

Is Lucy your sister? (一般疑问句)

2. Tom and Mary are good friends. (肯定句)

Are Tom and Mary good friends? (一般疑问句)

3. I am Mike.(肯定句)

Are you Mike? (一般疑问句)

4. We are in No. 3 Middle School. (肯定句)

Are you in No. 3 Middle School? (一般疑问句)

语法二:一般疑问句及其回答。

人称代词的主格

一般疑问句:以yes或no回答的问句叫一般疑问句,翻译为“…吗?”

例1 :Tom 是你的哥哥吗?

-Is Tom your brother? (一般疑问句)

-No, he isn’t. (否定回答)

例2: Lucy 是你的妹妹吗?

一般疑问句:
