经过一学期的科学研究,学生的观察与描述能力有了明显的提高。然而,部分学生的制作能力较差,导致他们的科学知识和能力相对欠缺。在本学期教学中,教师应加强对这部分学生的指导,力求使本班所有学生都能够从科学课中学到知识。
小学一年级下册科学教材为教科版,由《我们周围的物体》和《动物》两个单元构成。《我们周围的物体》单元包括七个教学内容,分别是《发现物体的特征》、《谁轻谁重》、《认识物体的形状》、《给物体分类》、《观察一瓶水》、《他们去哪里了》和《认识一袋空气》。《动物》单元包括六个教学内容,分别为《我们知道的动物》、《校园里的动物》、《观察一种动物》、《给动物建个家》、《观察鱼》和《给动物分类》。两个单元共计13个教学内容,原则上每个教学内容需要一课时完成教学,另外每个单元后面都安排有科学阅读内容。
我们周围的物体》单元是小学生物质科学领域研究的开篇,指向“组成世界的物质能够依照它们的性质进行测量、分类和描述”这一科学核心概念。物体在一年级学生的生活中最为常见,一年级学生对其有直观感受,他们对物体性质的理解解决问题、学会总结。另外,班级中有部分同学上课的时候仍然不能安心听讲。教师应该给予自己的示范和引导,注重提供语言表达的范例,引导学生学会观察、学会发现问题、言描述自己的发现等现象发生。在本学期的教学中,教师要注意学生观察、记录方活跃。在科学探究实践活动中,仍然有学生表现出注意力分散、观察无序、不能用准确的语言表达能力较弱。教师的指导和帮助仍然非常重要,同时一年级的学生对科学有一定的兴趣。不过,一年级的学生依然处于形象思维阶段,他们的抽象概括和语言表达能力有限。
我们周围的物质》单元将为学生持续建立材料和物质的概念打下基础。为此,从具有固定形状的物体到一瓶水和洗发液再到一袋空气,循序渐进地带领学生们展开一系列的探索活动,以加深他们对物体具有质量、形状等特征的理解。

首先,教师应该加强自身的科学教学基本功的训练。这包括认真研究科学教学大纲和科学教材,并深入研究科学教法学法。只有这样,教师才能尽快成为一名合格的科学教师。
其次,教师应该结合所教班级和学生的具体情况,在课堂上创设一个民主、和谐、开放的教学氛围。教师应该以学生为课堂教学的主体,并设计符合学生年龄特征的教学法。这样,学生才能更好地理解和掌握科学知识。
最后,教师还应该注重与学生的互动和交流。教师应该鼓励学生提出问题,并及时给予解答和指导。同时,教师还应该注重对学生的评价和反馈,帮助学生发现自己的不足之处,进一步提高研究成绩。
