四年级英语听力训练武汉专版全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1English Listening for 4th Graders - Wuhan Style!Hey there, fellow 4th graders! Are you ready to level up your English listening skills in a super fun way? Let me tell you all about this awesome Wuhan-themed listening practice our teacher introduced us to. It's like a wild adventure through the streets of our city, but with a linguistic twist!First up, we listened to some classic Wuhan accents and expressions. You know how our elders always have those sayings that sound totally weird to us kids? Like "热乎的馄饨就是香!" (Hot wonton soups are the best!) or "吃遍天下无穷好,终于回到武汉尝小籺包!" (You can eat all the delicacies in the world, but nothing beats Wuhan's xiaolongbao!) Hearing these in English was a riot!Next, we tuned into some street vendor calls. Imagine a recording of "Scorching hot reganmian! Get your reganmian here!" or "Fresh jiedoufu! Fluffy and delicious!" Honestly, it felt like we were strolling through Hubu Alley, but in English class! My mouth was watering by the end. Then came the fun part - understanding conversations in super heavy Wuhan accents! Our teacher played these hilarious audio clips of two Wuhan aunties chatting away, dropping "nia" and "nia-men" left and right. Trying to catch all the "nia"s was like a game! I could barely stop giggling. But the true test was the traffic chaos audios. Picture this - we had to listen to various traffic scenarios, from the manic honking symphony on Zhongshan Avenue to the chaotic zebra crossing madness. Picking out directions like "Go straight nia", "Turn nia-men left" or "Stop nia-men car!" was insane! I felt like I was actually navigating the streets.Probably the coolest clip was of the famous Wuhan rapper DaXingXingXing's song "I Love Hua-Hua". Hearing those slick Wuhan-styled rap lyrics in English was just mind-blowing. We were all bobbing our heads and trying to imitate the flow. After all these awesome listening tasks, our teacher quizzed us on what we understood. It was pretty tough, but a nice mental workout. The top scorers even won little Wuhan snack packs as prizes! How cool is that?I've gotta say, this Wuhan listening training was the bomb! Not only did it make English listening feel relevant to our lives, but it was also insanely fun and funny. I can't wait for the nextedition, maybe something around the Wuhan Bunshaft or the Yellow Crane Tower? One thing's for sure - English class will never be boring again! So what are you waiting for, Wuhan 4th graders? Put on those headphones and get ready to listen up in a way you've never experienced before. Wuhan zui jia le! Let's do this!篇2Title: My Journey with English Listening in WuhanHi everyone! My name is Xiaoming and I'm a 4th grade student in Wuhan. Today, I want to share my experiences with English listening practice here in my city. It's been quite an adventure! When I first started learning English in 1st grade, listening was really tough. All the words just sounded like a jumbled mess to me. My teacher would play these audio clips and I could barely make out any individual words, let alone understand what was being said. I remember feeling frustrated and thinking English was impossible to learn. But my mom encouraged me to keep practicing. She said listening is a skill that takes time and effort to develop. So I stuck with it, doing the listening exercises from our textbooks andwatching simple English videos and shows whenever I could. Slowly but surely, I started being able to recognize more words.A real turning point for me was when my parents got me an English learning app focused on listening. It had all these fun games and activities designed to train your ears to the sounds and rhythms of English. There were minimal pair exercises where I had to distinguish between words like "ship" and "sheep." There were dictation exercises where I had to transcribe sentences I heard. My favorite was the silly story mode where I pieced together wacky stories based on audio clips. The more I did these listening activities, the more comfortable I became with the English language. Words stopped sounding like gibberish and I could make out sentences and conversations more easily. It was like a code I was gradually cracking.Of course, living in Wuhan gave me lots of opportunities to practice as well. While mandarin is definitely the main language here, you do hear English in certain contexts. Some restaurants have English menus. The metro announcements are in English and Chinese. And then there are all the English signs, advertisements and random English words and phrases you see integrated into daily life.At first, I could only catch simple greetings like "Welcome!" or "Thank you." But as my skills improved, I started being able to understand more and more. I remember feeling so proud the first time I comprehended a full English public announcement in the metro station! My English listening got an extra boost when we started having exchange activities with an international school in Wuhan.A few times per semester, we'd go on field trips or do video call activities together. It was amazing getting to directly interact with students who spoke such fluent English. In the beginning, I could barely follow what they were saying. But over time, with exposure and practice, I got better and better at understanding their English. Some of my favorite memories are watching English movies or TV shows together during these exchange events. With Chinese subtitles, I could understand pretty much everything. But I tried my best to listen to the English dialogue too and see how much I could comprehend through listening alone. It was always a fun challenge! Now, in 4th grade, I feel like my English listening skills have grown tremendously. While I'm still learning, conversations and media in English no longer seem like an indecipherable code. With focused practice through learning apps, classroom activities, and real-world exposure here in Wuhan, I've developed a solid foundation.English listening will always be something I need to continually work on. But I've gained confidence that with diligent practice, I can increase my comprehension more and more. Who knows, maybe I'll even become completely fluent one day!I feel very lucky to live in a bilingual environment like Wuhan. All the little bits of English I encounter every day, from restaurants to transportation to media, help reinforce what I'm learning. It makes English feel present and relevant in my life, not just a subject I study at school. So for any of my fellow students feeling frustrated with English listening, I sympathize! It's definitely one of the most difficult skills to master. But stick with it, keep exposing yourself to English through any means possible, and have patience. One day, seemingly out of nowhere, it will just start clicking into place. English will transform from a garbled mess into a living, comprehensible language before your ears. Thanks for reading about my English listening journey here in Wuhan. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to learn this global language in such an immersive environment. I know the listeningpractice I've gotten to do will serve me well in the future, whatever path I choose. Keep studying hard and extending those listening muscles, and who knows how far English could take you too? Fighting!篇3Fourth Grade English Listening Training Wuhan EditionHey there! Today I want to share my experience with English listening training since it's such an important part of learning English here in Wuhan. When I was just a little kid in 1st grade, English listening felt so strange and difficult. All those new sounds and words I had never heard before! My teachers started us off slow though, playing simple songs and nursery rhymes. I still remember classics like "The Wheels on the Bus" and "If You're Happy and You Know It." Listening to those over and over helped train my ears to the rhythm and sounds of English. In 2nd grade, the listening practice ramped up. We started doing short video lessons almost every day practicing basic conversations and vocabulary. Things like greeting each other, asking for colors and numbers, talking about animals and food. The videos had the English dialogue along with Chinese subtitles at first, but then they took away the subtitles so we could focus just on listening.3rd grade was when English listening felt like it kicked into high gear! We had a special listening class twice a week where we worked on more advanced skills. Our teachers played recordings and videos and we had to answer comprehension questions, fill in blanks, put pictures in order, and other exercises to test our understanding. The topics got trickier too, with longer stories and subject matter beyond just basic vocabulary. Now in 4th grade, the English listening has reached a whole new level. We've started using these really cool English learning apps and software programs on our tablets. The apps have all kinds of interactive listening games and activities that are way more engaging than just doing pencil and paper exercises. My personal favorite is an adventure game where I'm a little explorer who has to follow auditory directions to collect treasures and navigate through jungles and caves. Listening carefully determines whether I succeed or fail! The software we use breaks down everyday conversations and stories into levels, transcribes everything, and lets you loop back difficult sections as many times as needed. There are evensome basic voice recognition exercises where I have to speak certain phrases clearly for it to understand. The lessons automatically adjust based on my performance too. If I'm breezing through, it bumps up the difficulty. If I'm struggling, it will spend more time reviewing before moving on.In addition to the apps and programs, we still do plenty of traditional listening work too. Our textbooks have accompanying audio materials for readings, dialogues, and sample tests that we go through together as a class. We also watch short video clips ranging from educational videos to excerpts from movies and TV shows. After each one, we have to summarize, answer questions, discuss what we heard, and sometimes even act out scenes ourselves. My absolute favorite listening activity though is when our English teachers bring in materials from their own childhood in England and America. They'll play old TV shows they grew up watching, songs they used to sing when they were our age, or recordings of stories their parents used to read to them. I love getting that glimpse into real English listening materials that native speakers experienced as kids. It's a neat way to learn about the cultures behind the language too.English listening training in Wuhan is no joke! Between the apps, programs, textbooks, videos, and creative materials from our teachers, my ears get one heck of a workout every single day. Listening comprehension was definitely the area I struggled most with when I firststarted learning English. But after years of focused training, it's became one of my strongest skills. I'm so grateful my school emphasizes listening from such an early age. It's giving me a solid foundation that will allow me to communicate smoothly in English as I get older.Well, I've got to run off to my English listening lab period now! I'm determined to beat that jungle explorer game level I've been stuck on. With enough practice, I know I can get there. Thanks for reading about English listening training here in Wuhan. Let me know if you have any other questions!。

1. Fall in Love with English 爱上英语Hiding behind the loose dusty curtain, a teenager packed up his overcoat into the suitcase. He planned to leave home at dusk though there was thunder and lightning outdoors. He had got to do this because he was tired of his parents’ nagging about his English study and did not want to go through it any longer. He couldn’t get along well with English and disliked joining in English classes because he thought his teacher ignored him on purpose. As a result, his score in each exam never added up to over 60.His partner was concerned about him very much. She understood exactly what he was suffering from, but entirely disagreed with his idea. In order to calm him down and settle his problem, she talked with him face to face and swapped a series of learning tips with him. The items she set down helped him find the highway to studying English well. The teenager was grateful and got great power from his friend’s words.
