公司主要从事离子交换树脂和吸附树脂的研究、开发、生产和应用工程咨询设计工作。

公司占地面积175000平方米，员工500余名，博士4名，高级技术人员15名，管理人员80名，目前总资产50000万元。

公司于1995年通过了法国BVQI公司的质量体系认证，又于2006年5月通过了北京中大华远公司的2000版ISO9001的质量体系认证。

2003年通过了美国食品、药品协会FDA认证，2005年通过了美国水协会WQA认证，1998年获自营进出口权，并连续20余年获“AAA”级信用企业，江苏省AAA级重合同守信用企业，近年来被评为江苏省名牌产品、江苏省著名商标、江苏省高新技术产品，在2002年全国离子交换树脂行业会上被行业协会授予“行业之峰，巅为苏青”荣誉称号。

是国标委水处理用离子交换树脂标准工作组组长单位，是全国生产新、特、专、异离子交换树脂最大生产基地。

目前，我公司年生产能力38000吨（50000立方米），规格、品种达300余种，国内市场覆盖面达40%，国际销往100多个国家和地区200多个客商，特别是食品级离子交换树脂年外销3000m3。

Jiangsu Suqing Water Treatment Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1970. Suqing Group is mainly engaged in researching, developing and producing ion exchange and adsorption resins. Suqing Group covers an area of 175,000 square meters. We have 518 staff, including 4 doctors, 15 persons of advanced title for technical personnel, 150 persons of intermediate title for technical personnel and administrative staff; At present our total asset is RMB 50 million. We have got the approval of international Quality System ISO 9001 in France authentication company in 1995, then we got the same approval of 2000 edition in 2003, in1998 we got the foreign trade rights, also got the title of "AAA" superfine credit enterprise for continuous 20 years and "Honouring Contracts and Keeping Promise" of Jiangsu, the "Jiangsu Famous Brand Certificate" and "Jiangsu Famous Trademark" subsequently.Our present yield is 38,000 tons (50,000 M3) per year, about 300 kinds covers more than 40% share of the Chinese market, At the same time, our products have been sold to 200 clients in 60 countries and regions. 企业制定了从原材料进到厂到产品出厂的质量管理制度，质量管理层层分解，与个人收入挂钩（产品工时中30%作质量工时），增强了职工的质量意识，做到人人管质量，严格按产品标准组织生产，同时具备一流的质量管理队伍，齐全先进的分析、检测设备。

行之有效的质保体系使我厂的产品质量和性能指标始终达到或超过标准要求。

针对贵公司所需产品质量要求，我们着重如下方面质量控制：1、加强对原辅材料的质量控制1.1原料鉴别：购进原料首先必须鉴别原料的外包装：外包装是否完好无损，是否符合卫生条件；上面必须有标签、产品标准号、卫生许可证、生产许可证、生产日期、有效日期。

1.2、索证：凡购进原料供应商必须向用户提供有效资料：卫生许可证复印件、产品执行标准复印件、生产许可证复印件、使用说明书。

1.3、验收制度：凡购进原料由本公司验收，首先由仓库验收其产品的外包装是否完好，如外观符合卫生要求的产品由质检中心进行检测验收其产品的各项质量和卫生指标;质检中心按照有关产品质量标准验收，如验收中其中有一项指标检验不合格经复检后仍不合格则判这批产品为不合格产品，本批产品由质检部门开出退货通知单给供方进行退货处理。

2、独立的食品级离子交换树脂后处理车间，确保食品级离子交换树脂质量要求。

3、完备食品级离子交换树脂企业标准，食品用离子交换树脂国家标准主要起草单位，确保产品质量的技术支撑。

4、采用五层自动筛分装置来进行粒度分级，确保所需0.315-0.85mm粒度范围要求。

5、产品质量检验的把关：在总工程师领导下，下设质管部、质检中心、质检员，实行一环扣一环，层层进行监督，质管部监督质检中心。

各车间班组每个批号，一个不漏进行严格把关检测。

按国家标准、行业标准分类验收入库，质管部定期对质检中心检验的产品进行核对分析，如发现问题，经查实，质检中心扣发全年奖金，车间扣发一个月奖金。

For meet your quality requirement, we control following key steps:1、Raw material1.1：Package InformationRaw material package appearance should be no broken with all necessary information like tag, product standard No. sanitary license, produce date, valid date, etc.1.2、：DocumentationAsk to provide all documents like copy of sanitary license, product standard, production permission, product manual, etc.1.3、：InspectionWarehouse people will inspect package appearance when they receive raw material, inspection center people will run test to check if raw material meetquality and sanitary specs. Raw material will be rejected to receive if any item does not in spec limits. Quality management team will inform vendor to return these material2. Separate food class iron-exchange treatment workshop, ensure to meet food class resin quality3. Since we are the one of nation food class iron-exchange industry standard writers, we have entire standard and support our quality4. Our 5 layer of auto-classifiers to separate particle size from 0.315 to 0.85mm range.5.
