前⼀个do为助动词，构成疑问句结构，后⼀个do为实义动词（或叫⾏为动词），意思是“做；⼲”。
注意：助动词do要随着主语的⼈称、时态和数的不同作出相应的变化。
如：▲What does she do on weekends? 周末她做什么？（2）usually为频率副词，意思是“通常；经常”，与often意思相近，但程度有别。
【辨析】：频率副词always, usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never【拓展】频率副词always的⽤法：在所有的频率副词中，always语⽓最强，表⽰“总是；永远”。
①always可⽤于进⾏时态，表⽰“⽼是；总是”，是⼀种加强语⽓的说法，含有“⽓愤；不满；不耐烦；赞赏”等感情⾊彩。
如：▲He is always coming late. 他总是迟到。
（埋怨）▲ He is always helping others. 他总是帮助别⼈。
（赞扬）②always通常放在be动词后⾯，⾏为动词前⾯，⼀般不放在句⾸。
但为了强调或在祈使句中，也可放在句⾸或放在整个谓语前⾯，有时甚⾄置于句末。
如：▲ Always pay attention to your pronunciation. 要始终注意发⾳。
③always与not连⽤时，表⽰部分否定，意思是“不⼀定总是；未必”等。
如：▲ Honesty is not always the best policy. 诚实未必永远是上策。
（3）on weekends 意思是“在周末”，也可说成at (the) weekends, 此处的weekends指星期六和星期⽇。

1.How often do you exercise？你多久锻炼⼀次？本句是对“动作发⽣的频率”进⾏的提问，其中“how often”是⼀个特殊疑问词。
所谓的“频率”指的是某个动作多长时间/多久发⽣⼀次。
试⽐较：How often do you swim ？你多久游⼀次泳？How often does your father go to a movie？你爸爸多久看⼀次电影？针对“how often”引导的问句所进⾏的回答：本单元常⽤的表⽰频率的短语有：once a week, twice a week, three times a month 等等。
当然，也可以⽤⼀些常见的频度副词来进⾏回答，如always ,usually, often, sometimes, hardly ever, never.例：对划线部分提问：He always takes a bus to school. 注：划线部分都是对“频率”的描述，所以答案为He takes a bus to school twice a week. How often does he take a bus to school？He never takes a bus to school.2.I always go shopping . Go +V-ing 表⽰“去xx”。
常见形式还有：go swimming,I often go skateboarding. go fishing，go walking...3.I can't stand shopping. 我⽆法忍受购物。
“can't stand doing sth”意为：⽆法忍受xxx 。

)A: How often do you watch it?(你多长时间看一次这个节目？)主要频率副词的等级排序：always(总是) > usually (通常) > often(经常) > sometimes(有时) > hardly ever(很少) > never(从不)隔一段时间做某事数次用“数词+ 时间间隔”的结构构成。
如：once a week 一周一次(“一次”用特殊词once)twice a day 一天两次(“两次”用特殊词twice)three times a month 一个月三次(三次或三次以上用基数词+ times 的结构构成)four times a year 一年四次重点短语：1、how often 多久一次2、as for 至于；关于3、how many 多少（针对可数名词）how much 多少（针对不可数名词）4、of course = sure 当然；确信Eg: Of course there were lots of other interesting things at the exhibition...当然，展览上还有很多其他有趣的展品。
I'm of course familiar with hellos works.我固然对他的作品熟稔的5、look after = take care of = care for 照顾；照看Eg: 1）、I love looking after the children...我喜欢照顾小孩。
