语法一致的原则是指，主语和谓语从语法形式 上取得一致：主语是单数形式，谓语也采取单 数形式；主语是复数形式，谓语亦采取复数形 式.
（1）主语部分含有with, along with,
together with, like, but, except, besides, as well as, rather than, including

(9) The number of +名词做主语时， 谓语动词用单数形式。
The number of the students is 2000. The number of the sheep and the horses is 300.
(10) 百分数（分数）of +复数名词，谓语动词用复数形式。 百分数（分数）of +单数名词（不可数）。谓语动词用单数 形式。 20 percent of workers are women. One third of water is from the south.

(8)形复意单词如：news,以ics结尾的学科如： physics, Mathematics, economics.国家名 如：the United States等，谓语动词用单数 形式。 The United States is a developed country. The news is about the next test.
主谓一致
什么是主谓一致？ 主谓一致指“人称”和“数”方面的
一致关系。主谓一致的问题看上去似乎 很简单，其实使用起来却不是那么容易 ，有时候甚至很复杂.
这是因为在不同情况下，处理这一问 题所依据的原则各不相同.就其在现代语 法中的基本原则而言，通常有三个不同 角度的着眼点：1,语法一致 2,意义一致 3,就近一致.

（6）None（none of)做主语时
谓语动词的形式可以单数也可以复数。 但是如果代表不可数名词时就用单数。
None of us are (is) right. None of the water was left.
（3）不定式（短语）、动名词（短语）、从句做主语时，
谓语动词都是单数形式。
To learn English well is very important. Reading in bed is bad for your eyes. What you said is wrong.

(4) each,every ,either或no修饰单数名词时谓语动词用单
谓语动词的形式跟介词短语前面的主语的 形式一致. He along with his classmates

（2）用and连接的并列主语时
如果是同一个人或者同一个事谓语动词用单数； 如果不是一个人或者事谓语动词就用复数
The poet and teacher is coming. The teacher and the writer have come.

Each boy and each girl has an apple. (5) each of + 复数代词 ——谓语动用单数。
复数代词+each， ——谓语动词用复数。
