DF6201外形及安装尺寸(DF6201插箱依靠四个M5的螺钉固定在机柜屏中。
)DF6201端口接线1 接线形式●采用德国Phoenix的可插拔端子,接线方便。
带电插拔时,必须先拔下后部的接线端子;●插箱后部有电源的开关和保险管,便于开关机和更换保险。
2 外部接口与外部接口的连线是指从二次回路(电表、遥信节点等)输入信号、电源信号、通讯信号(电话线、专线、RS232口等)接至接线端子排,可以与安装工作同步进行。
所有这些电缆进机柜以后可以根据具体情况从端子排背面以及侧面走线并扎捆整齐。
下面按照功能分别介绍接线方法:2.1电源信号将外部供电设备提供的交流电源或者直流电源接到电源端子排的“PWRx+”和“PWRx-”端子上(其中“PWRx+”接火线),如果是直流电源应注意电源的正负极性(如果用户配置中包括电源防雷端子,可以直接连接到防雷端子的相应输入端)。
2.2 RS485信号DF6201的RS485信号在T485板的后部,每个T485板有6路口。
现场接线时将各只电能表RS485口的A端并联在一起,然后连接到RS485接线端子排的“RS485x-A”端;将电能表RS485口的B端并联在一起,然后连接到RS485接线端子排的“RS485x-B”端(如果用户配置中包括RS485防雷端子,可以直接连接到防雷端子的相应输入端)。
2.3 CS电流环信号DF6201的CS信号在CS板的后部,每个CS板有6路口。
现场接线时将数字电能表的CS 口的输出线同向串联(即用本表的“CS+”输出端连接上一块表的“CS-”输出端,本表的“CS-”输出端连接下一块电表的“CS+”输出端,),最后将第一块电表的“CS+”输出端连接到CS接线端子排的“CSx+”端,最后一块电表的“CS-”输出端连接到CS接线端子排的“CSx-”端。
2.4 脉冲量/遥信信号1)无源脉冲表从脉冲电能表(或者现场开关状态的辅助接点)输出的信号线,其接点的“e”端应该接至6201YXD-12V遥信输入端子板的“nYX”输入端(即1~16点),其接点的“c”端与其他接点的“c”端连接在一起接至遥信电源端子排的“+12V”端子。
