二、通过学习理论，不断应用实践。

作为一名骨干教师，我努力把学习的理论知识转化为实践动能，使之有效地指导平时的英语教学工作。

在培训过程中，我把自身对英语新课程标准的理解与组内的老师交流，并在课例跟进后，用新课程的基本理念来指导教学，面向全体学生，培养学生综合语言运用能力，学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流、合作等方式学习和使用英语。
