任何情况下都不要打开UPS的机箱！即使UPS没有连接到市电，机体内有高压（电气）。

总体特性up系列三入/单出UPS采用脉宽调制（PWM）和16位微处理器控制技术提供可靠、成熟的保护，可抵御任何的市电电压波动或断电。

UPS为在线式，一旦启动，本单元可为任何负载提供110、220、230或240V的50或60Hz的稳定的电源（根据您的要求）。

当备用工作时（市电停电），UPS由电池供电并维持恒定的电压输出。

系统同时通过LED灯指示和声音信号告知操作人员市电停电。

UPS装备有一静态开关，使在逆变器负载过重（如电源冲击），或逆变器故障或其它原因的情况下，负载能正常工作。

UPS前面板上的液晶显示屏提供实时的，当前的工作状态，提供给用户关于UPS 的工作状态的全部信息。

通过RS232通信口，可在电脑显示器上看到同样的状态信息。

另外，可通过调制解调器和电话线把系统连接到远程的地方。

本单元包括两个子系统：机箱，包括各种电子装置：充电器、逆变器、静态开关、微处理器板、面板等。

电池箱，包括电池和开关。

主要的子系统该装置包括以下模块：充电器充电器提供424V±2V的稳定直流给装置。

一、电源柜整体说明

5．维修工作模式
对UPS系统及电池进行全面检修或设备故障维修时，可以通过闭合维护开关SW3，将负载转向维修旁路直接供电，以实现对负载不停电维护。维修时需要断开UPS内部的主电源输入开关SW1，旁路输入开关SW2和电池输入开关SW4以及输出开关SW5，实现UPS内部不带电而对负载仍然维持供电的维修工作模式。原理框图见1-7。

1.2工作原理
如图1-1所示，UPS主要包括由整流模块（REC）和逆变模块（INV）旁路静态输入开关SW2、维修旁路空开SW3、输出隔离变压器和逆变静态开关、蓄电池组以及输入SW1/输出SW5空开等。单机主电路图1-2所示
UPS单机系统主电路如图1-2所示。

逆变器采用DSP、MCU和DDC实时处理的全数字矢量控制技术，通过数字正弦波脉宽调制DSPWM六只IGBT功率开关器件，把直流电源变换成三相交流。输出经过△/Y0变压器、静态开关、空气断路器K4等功能单元，实现负载端与输入侧的隔离。

一、概述
UPS不间断电源（UPS）是一种电源系统，在正常的交流电源中断或电源质量变化时，能够保持装置的正常工作。

UPS可以将交流电源更换成另外一种电源，并将电压，频率和相位调整为匹配交流电源输出的相同参数。

因此，UPS不间断电源可以在交流电源发生中断或质量下降时，快速移动到另一种更稳定的电源，以保护电子设备免受电压波动、负荷突变或电源停电所带来的影响。

二、UPS不间断电源的功能
1.自动换电源功能：UPS不间断电源具有自动换电源功能，在交流电源电压输出异常或停电时，通过UPS的交流转直流单元将交流电源的电压和频率转换为DC电源，再通过UPS直流转交流单元将DC电压和频率调整为交流电压，实现自动换电源。

2.调节电压功能：UPS不间断电源不仅可以实现换电源，而且还能够调节电压。

当交流电源的电压波动时，UPS可以根据交流电源的参数将电压进行调节，以保证装置的正常工作，确保生产安全。

3.保护功能：UPS不仅可以提供自动换电源和调节电压的功能，还具有保护功能。

当电源发生中断或电源的质量下降时，UPS不间断电源可以保护电子设备免受电压波动、负荷突变或停电所带来的影响。

单机UPS
三进三出 UPS 连接在交流输入电源与应用负载之间，并为负载提供不间断的交流电 源。通过高频双转换功率脉宽调制和全数字信号处理的联合控制，UPS输出交流电源的电 压和频率可以自由调节，而不受输入市电的干扰。
双转换在线式UPS
交流电源经主路断路器通过整流器变为直流电源。这直流电源一路供给DC/DC的电池 充电器，同时供给将直流电转换为纯净的独立的交流电的逆变器。市电掉电时，电池通过 逆变器向负载供电。万一逆变器失效或过载时，负载也可以是通过经旁路断路器和静态旁 路开关的旁路交流电供电。除此之外，如果UPS需要维护与保养，UPS可以闭合手动控制的 维修旁路断路器给负载供电。当需断开维修旁路空开时，UPS先要闭合其他空开才能确保 UPS正常运行。

UPS（不间断电源）操作说明
一、安全注意事项：
1、只可用单相三线（含接地线）插头连接UPS。

2、勿将电池任意解体或损坏，否则电解液溢出时，会有很强的腐蚀性，一旦误触时，对皮肤和眼睛均会造成伤害。

3、严禁用火对电池进行处理，否则会爆炸伤人。

4、将电池两端或短路会有高电压、大电流的危险。

5、电池之维护及更换应由受过UPS专业训练的人员来处理，其它人未经同意不得擅动。

二、警告：
1、UPS内含之电压具有潜在的危险性，请勿打开机壳。

UPS维修必须由制造商认可合格之技术人员执行。

2、请在室内使用UPS，且避免置于湿度过高、阳光直射、接近散热体及带电体的环境。

3、请勿倾倒入任何液体或杂物于UPS内部，。

4、请注意：即使UPS输入电源断开，UPS内部组件仍与电池有电路联系，有潜在危险。

所以在从事维修与保养工作前，要断开电池。

5、UPS除内含电池外，不得外加电池或任意扩大电池容量。

三、操作说明
1、将电源线插头插入市电插座。

市电插座接线应符合国家规定的左零线、右火线的规定，此时橙色灯点亮。

2、开启前面板上的电源按钮开关，本机即进行工作状态（橙色指示灯与绿色指示灯点亮）。

3、将电脑及显示器插入后面板的插座，注意所接负载容量总和不得超过本机的额定输出功率。

4、初次使用或停用超过三个月，应在使用前接入市电8小时以上使蓄电池充满，以保证足够后备供电时间。

POWSYS UPS 的使用和维护（供用户参考）工程部马建民1.UPS基本原理UPS电源实质个是一个交流-直流-交流的过程。

它先把输入的交流电通过由三相可控硅组成的全桥整流为脉动的直流，经滤波电容的滤波后，成为稳定的直流电。

直流电电压分别为145V、270V、432V三类，分别适应不同用户的要求。

然后，UPS再把直流电进行变换，使之成为稳频、稳压的交流电。

这种方式为在线式，我公司生产的UPS 均是在线式。

按行业区分，UPS分为电力类及商业类。

电力类直流电压多为270V（适应230V直流屏），少数为145V（适应110 V直流屏），输出均为单相；商业类直流电压一般为432V（与32节电池相配），输出为三相。

下图为UPS的工作原理框图当主路外电消失时，电池开始放电，UPS依靠电池的能量，继续工作，输出逆变后的电压。

当电池电压低于阈值电压或逆变部分损坏时，UPS转旁路运行，保持供电输出的连续。

维修旁路开关确保能在不断电的情况下，使维修人员对UPS能进行检修。

2．整流原理POWSYS UPS 全部采用三相整流电路，除一小部分小功率机（10KV A以内）采用三相半波外，绝大多数均为三相全波可控硅整流。

通过改变可控硅的导通角，实现对直流电压的控制，使其具有较高的稳定性。

一般情况下，直流电压的变化在5V以内。

商业类全部采用432V直流电压，滤波电容上外接32块电池，每节电池的浮充电压恰为13.5V。

电力类多数为270V直流电压，与230V的直流屏接口，由于接有反向二极管，只允许直流屏的电池放电，禁止向电池充电。

3. 逆变原理采用IGBT大功率模块，该模块输入采用场效应管，输出采用三极管。

这是因为场效应管输入阻抗高，开关损耗小，所以用在输入端不仅使推动电流极大地减小，而且驱动损耗也相应下降；然而，场效应管功率不能做得很大，三极管容易实现大功率，故输出采用三极管。

这种场效应管与三极管的双生子，被称之为IGBT。

目前，国际上大功率UPS的逆变电路全部采用IGBT模块。
