本案例以五年级英语实践活动课为例，旨在通过实践活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的英语实际运用能力。

三、案例内容1. 活动主题：My Family2. 活动时间：2课时3. 活动对象：五年级学生4. 活动准备：（1）教师准备：PPT、教学视频、家庭照片、道具等。

（2）学生准备：家庭照片、家庭成员介绍、英语单词卡片等。

四、活动过程1. 导入（1）教师播放家庭主题的英语歌曲，激发学生学习兴趣。

（2）教师展示家庭照片，引导学生用英语介绍自己的家庭。

2. 活动一：家庭介绍（1）学生分组，每组选出一个代表进行家庭介绍。

（2）教师提供一些关键词汇，如：father，mother，brother，sister等，帮助学生进行介绍。
