同时介绍了运动控制器+PC 型即完全采用以PC为硬件平台的数控系统,使用PCI-8132型运动控制卡对工作台进行运动控制,该卡支持visual basic 语言编制的程序,可采用建立面向对象的数控模型的方法来提高数控软件的可重用性,具有模块化、窗口化的特点。

Recommended the motion controller + PC type to totally adopt the system of numerical control taking PC as hardware platform promptly at the same time , use the motion control board of the Model PCI-8132 to do exercises and control the workingbench , should nip the procedure supporting visual basic language to be worked out , To improve the reusable ability of CNC software , a new method to build the reusable model of CNC software with ori-ented-object technology is proposed in the paper , have module , window characteristic.Keyword: Numerical control system of the computer; Personal computer Control board of motion Open numerical control system随着科学技术的不断发展,数控技术的发展越来越快,数控机床朝著高性能、高精度、高速度、高柔性化和模块化方向发展。
