Module 3 Days of the weekUnit 5 What day is it today ?第一课时一、教学内容分析这节课主要处理U5里面的星期几名词、工作日常做什么的相关句型。
在口语第四册里对一周七天的词,已有口头的初步接触,四年级上册,孩子学了一些科目的名称以及一些学校常见活动的短语:如:Chinese , English , maths , art , music , PE…., 本课时是在此基础上作进一步的学习。
二、教学对象分析本班孩子喜欢听故事,玩游戏和比赛。
经过口语和一年多系统的英语学习,他们养成了同桌对话,小组合作等习惯。
但口语的学习遗忘性很大,一部分学生要流利表达可能存在一定的难度。
三、教学目标(一)语言知识目标1. “四会”一周七天的词汇。
2.能看图或结合实际正确使用以下句型,谈论一周里课表每天有什么科目,程度好的同学能结合旧知识介绍课程中能做什么。
(二)语言能力目标1.能利用PPT提供的图片,以及在活动中,使用问星期几的句型进行问答。
2.能听懂和读懂故事,在任务中模仿对话。
(三)学习策略1.联系实际生活,谈论一周里课表每天有什么科目,和在工作日能做什么。
2.在与同桌对话、完成各类学习任务过程中,能和同学老师进行积极主动的交流。

1、七个小矮人―游戏
七名学生扮作七个小矮人,教师分别给他们戴上周一到周日的头饰。
一同学任意说出一周内星期几的英文名称,对应的小矮人则站出来。
2、七个小矮人游戏结束后,教师指着Friday小矮人问---What day is today?引导学生回答It’s Friday或Friday.
3、教师板书主题句型:What day is today ? It’s Friday. 教师拿出六张词卡,请六名学生手执卡,其它同学齐喊One,two, three.六名学生手执词卡站好一排,将手中的词卡组成主题句。
若有学生站
错位置,请同学纠正。
若站对位置,大家齐读主题句。
4、课件展示一张日历表,教师请一名同学任意指一日期,问---What day is today?其它同学回答出对应星期几。
