位于印尼加里曼丹东海岸中部,位置Lat. 00-01.57 N / Long. 117-32.02E。

BoCT仅有一个专用煤炭泊位,如图-1 所示,泊位长度158m, 泊位前后端均有独立的海上系揽桩,系揽桩之间的距离50-57m, 分别有4个横缆桩,6个海上系揽桩,泊位通过长度2070米的海上栈桥和陆地相连接。

2.泊位水深16.5m(MLWS),最大允许的净空高度16.50m(从水线到货舱舱口围/舱盖顶部),最大允许离港吃水14.50m(MLWS)。
3. BoCT仅有一台传送带式装船机,装船机类型为象限变幅式吊臂,通常装货速率为3200-3500tph, 最大装货速率3750tph, 最大装货空高为16.5m。
由于装船机为象限型且最大横移距离104m, 最多仅可装到4个货舱,因此船舶装货需要前后移泊。
(注:早些年在装货船海侧,会有驳船供货用于首尾货舱一次性装完,现在已不存在了。

印尼煤炭储量、分布及运输参考印尼主要是露天煤矿,开采方便,成本低。
据估算已探明储存量大约580亿吨,位列全球第十,可商业开采的大约50亿吨以上,印尼政府估算储存量大约1000亿吨左右。
其煤矿褐煤占57%,次烟煤占27%,烟煤占5%。
按照煤炭分级则主要是中等和低等煤炭,大部分适合作为动力煤,用于发电。
印尼的煤炭分布在苏门答腊岛,加里曼丹岛,其中加里曼丹岛探明储量达70%。
煤矿处于岛内中部,离海港比较远,主要先通过铁路运输到海港然后装船。
中国在印尼运煤铁路修建这一块发挥了很大作用。
2012年中国中铁联合印尼BakrieGroup共同投资23亿美元,在中加里曼丹省铺设一段185千米长的运煤铁路。
中国中铁与印尼PTTranspacific、PTBukitAsam(PTBA.JK)合作,共同斥资12亿美元,负责南苏门达腊省运煤铁路网的建设工作。

雅加达位于爪哇岛西部北岸,在芝里翁河口,濒临雅加达湾,东经106°49′,南纬6°10′,人口有850万。
1. BELAWAN勿拉湾 (港口代码 IDBLN)印度尼西亚商港。
位于该国西部苏门达腊岛西北岸,临马六甲海峡。
西北至马来西亚的槟城港145海里,至巴生港237海里,至新加坡港363海里;西至沙璜港257海里,至斯里兰卡的科伦坡港1225海里,北至缅甸港189海里。
南距棉兰市23公里,本港实为棉兰市之外岸。
港区分布在勿拉湾河的东岸及南岸,它们相连的顶角区码头为海军占用。
顶角区码头为海军占用。
顶角以东沿岸9个远洋船泊位,码头总长2183米,水深在海图基准线以下10米。
其中有2个泊位由于集装箱装卸,1个用于杂货装卸,另1个用于旅客上下,其它为多用途泊位。
该码头东端凹入陆岸的水域西岸,目前已建有3个沿海船码头,水深7米,顶角西南的勿拉湾河东岸还有6个驳船泊位,水深6米。
岸外有系浮筒4个,水深8.5米。
石油码头呈蝶式,位于远洋码头之东约1公里,有一个水深10米的油轮泊位。
全港目前仅有20来个货运泊位,其中深水泊位占一半,它是1985年中国-印尼恢复航运关系以来第一批向我国船只开放的4个港口之一。

位于爪哇岛北海岸中段,港口之北,临爪哇海。
东距丹戎佩拉(泗水)港193海里,西距丹戎不碌(雅加达)港236海里,至新加坡港682海里,北距香港1857海里。
港区处在陆岸凹入的水域内,外有北伸的西-东向防波堤和西北-东南向的北防波堤掩护,船舶由西进港。
港内现有西北伸的大突提,沿边和东北岸计有码头线总长2141米,但目前沿边水深都还较浅,仅1.5-4.1米。
该港港池东北岸向北伸展605米,前沿水深挖至9.0米,建成新码头;然后向东发展,形成北伸的三座现代化突堤,并沿东防波堤向北延伸折转北防波堤中段,内壁均加宽形成深水码头。
那时,深水码头线至少达5000米以上,成为大型的现代化深水港,前景广阔。

位于印度尼西亚苏拉威西岛(东)与婆罗洲(西)的望加锡海峡之间,是开敞的锚地港,锚地港是群岛或多岛国家的一大特色。
望加锡海峡东北-西南走向,长800公里,宽130-370公里。
为深水航道,多岛屿,其中最大岛屿有劳特(Laut)岛和塞布库(Sebuku)岛。
海峡婆罗洲一边主要居住地为巴厘巴板(Balikpapan),苏拉威西岛一边最大居民点为乌戎潘当(Ujung Pandang)(旧称望加锡)。
最新的塞布库(SEBUKU)资料应该咨询代理,一般资料参考代理、船长等的报告。
船长报告:1998年7月位置:船舶锚泊在Pulau Sebuku (Sebuku Island-塞布库岛)装煤炭,离岸港口1998年5月开发,用于出口煤炭,塞布库岛位于加里曼丹(Kalimantan)SE,靠近普劳劳特(Pulau Laut)。
锚地:在Pulau Kapak 真方位270°x 3 n m 和Pulau Haur 灯标真方位340°x2.5 n m (岛屿都很小,海图上没有名)有水深15.0 m的良好锚位。
底质是粘土/泥,抓力良好。
锚位Lat.03°42'S, Long.116°24'E,距驳船装货泊位大约4 n m。
被拖带的驳船抵达船舶大约需要1 hr。
靠近装货传送带有一锚地,主要用于较小的或灵便型船舶,位置为Lat.03°41'S, Long.116°22'E,水深大约9.0 m。
Pulau Haur 南部灯标坐落在白色金属结构上,每5 sec 闪一次。
散货设施:采矿和出口设施由PT Bahari Cakrawala, Sebuku Coal 经营,有VHF 电话,监控频道Ch13 和16。
煤炭用传送带装到驳船上,传送带到岸边约300 m。
印尼SAMARINDA港口资料一、概况位于Kalimandan东部,Mahakam河北岸,经纬度00°30' S 117° 09' E。

位于东8区采用东7区标准时。
全年盛行西南到东北风,内港流速1-2km/Hr,外航道流速2.5-4 km/Hr。
码头只能最大靠6,000 d.w.t., LOA 156 m.,吃水6.0 m的船。
装运煤炭在Muara Berau锚地,Muara Berau 距 Samarinda约70公里。

锚地水深约25米,底质为松软泥沙。
锚地条件良好,即使两侧靠泊两条大驳船在经历高达40节热带暴风雨时也不会走锚。
船舶会被指定一个抛锚点,抛锚点00°15.5' S 117°34.5' E,和 Tanjung Panjilatan 灯塔方位 224°距离7.0 n.m., 通常抛7节锚链。
从南面来船以航向342°(T) 驶向正横Tanjung Kaeli 9海里(Lat. 00°25' S, Long. 117° 38' E)点后改向 317°(T)行驶大约 7.5 n.m. 之后船舶以航向281°(T)行驶约7.0 n.m到达锚地。
印尼(Indonesia)潘曼新安(Pemancnigan)港简介1.码头位里与概况潘曼新安突堤煤码头在印度尼西亚的加里曼丹岛东南部的劳特岛( LAUT )北端, 距KOTABARU (哥打巴鲁) 约10km,03-12.5S 116-16.8E,在印度尼西亚望加锡海峡的西南岸,港口处于赤道无风带,常年气温30 ℃ 左右, 多雨水。
该码头是煤炭输出专用码头, 是元柱型钢桩上加钢筋水泥混凝土梁板结构的突堤码头。
码头上装有可移动轨道式皮带输送联合装船机。
码头长25Om, 宽14m, 外侧均安装有橡胶弹性大靠垫, 码头左右各有一个带缆桩并有小钢质栈桥与码头相联。
带缆桩之间最大长度296m。
码头边基准水深18m。
码头至岸上堆场有栈桥连接, 栈桥宽度5.2m, 长度1.8 k m, 上装皮带输送机并可单向行驶3t 轻型铲车、客车与轿车, 在码头栈桥进口处与码头上有电话与单向行驶指挥灯, 以指挥专用车辆进出码头栈桥单程行驶, 并禁止在栈桥上步行。
船员与码头工作人员进出有交通船与小客车。
码头可靠泊10 万吨级船舶装运煤炭出口, 码头外航道低潮时基准深度14m, 码头装货效率每小时2000 至2500t , 装船机可自动平舱。
在此码头东南l.8 k m 栈桥出口处是一个煤炭卸驳船的专用小码头, 长度约50m,码头基深6m , 驳船航道由一组串视灯桩导标引导, 串视标轴线真方位257/077,。
卸驳船专用码头有一台15 t 克令吊将原煤从驳船中卸下并由联合皮带输送机转至煤堆场。
堆场可储量约50万吨,当输出船来靠港时再由联合皮带输送机将煤装上船。
潘曼新安主煤炭输出码头轴向真方位126/ 306, 进口空船一般均要求掉头靠泊, 舷向朝东南出口航道。
煤装妥船离泊时本港有两条230 匹马力日式拖轮协助, 将大船平行拖离距码头3 0 至50m 即可驶真航向126,对准出口航道No.2 与No.: 3 灯浮之间出航。
船过No. 1号航道灯浮即可转向驶真航向070。
印度尼西亚莫罗瓦利港印度尼西亚莫罗瓦利(Morowali)港莫罗瓦利(Morowali)港:莫罗瓦利(Morowali)县位置与港口装货点位置呈散点分布状态,不在一起。
3-01-00-00S 122-15-38-05 E。
装货速率:6000 MT(PWWD SSHINC-每晴天工作日,包括星期六、星期日和节假日)。
如果船舶克令吊故障,装货时间按照可以作业的舱口和货钩数目计算。
卸货速率:12000 MT PWWD SSHINC(每晴天工作日,包括星期六、星期日和节假日)。
装货前船东负责货舱清洁干燥,达到适于装载散装镍矿条件,船舶通过货舱/舱口检验。
没有通过检验不能进行装卸和记录装卸时间,直到船舶通过检验。
如果接受船舶在清洁过的货舱装货而另一些货舱还没有清洁完,装卸时间只能按照清洁过的货舱的比例计算。
通常租船人努力使检验师在船长递交新的货舱清洁通知后12 HRS内登轮,如果货舱最后通过,装卸时间从船长递交通知2 HRS后计算。
船舶抵达装货港前船东/船长报告5/3/2/1 天 ETA 给发货人/代理,一份副本报租船人。
船舶抵达卸货港船东/船长报告7/5/3/2/1 天给收货人/代理,一份副本报租船人。
装货港装货使用船舶装卸设备和抓斗。
镍矿矿区主要位于印度尼西亚中苏拉威西省莫罗瓦利(Morowali)县Bungku Selatan 镇,距Bungku市大约100Km。
印尼苏拉威西岛全岛遍布陡峭山崖,自中央向四周扩散,形成四个半岛,森林占50%,其余为灌木丛和荒山野,农业用地不到总面积的10%,矿区地形由较平缓到高陡峭的山区,树木杂草覆盖严重,全是植被发育茂盛的原始森林。
矿区最高高程为+381.60m,最低高程为+163.50m。
矿区属热带海洋性气候,终年高温,年平均气温25℃~27℃,没有春夏秋冬之分,全年仅有旱季和雨季之分。
降雨充沛,全年降水量在20000mm以上。
矿区大地构造处于东南亚陆块,澳大利亚-印度洋板块和太平洋板块的结合部位,地质构造复杂,独特。

二、水文气象季节:雨季:每年的1-6月,旱季:每年的7-12月;季风:每年的12月至次年的3月为偏北季风,每年的4月至7月为偏南季风;海区风力:0-3级风为常态,有时会有4-5级的风出现,6级及以上的风从未有过;海区海浪:无浪至微浪为常态,有时会有轻浪和中浪,从未有过大浪及以上的浪出现;海区涌浪:0-3级涌常见,有时会有4-5级的涌浪,6级及以上的涌浪从未有过;潮汐:潮流:据当地的引航员介绍,该港的潮流较弱,未超过1节。
三、航行条件及航泊限制航行条件:该港进出港区航路无浮标,航路很宽,进出该港区的航门宽约9海里,航门的北部为MARA TUA岛,该岛最南端有一灯塔,名为NUNUKAN BAKUNGAN灯桩,灯质为FL10s107ft15M,航门的南侧为KARANG MUARAS岛,该岛的接近最北端有一名为GO SUNGAN的灯塔,灯质为FL(3)20s42ft10M,进港航路的左侧有一名为MALALUNGAN的岛,上有灯质为FL5s39ft7M的灯塔,从其的北侧进入港口区域。
航泊限制:该港为海上锚泊装货港口,可以装卸巴拿马型散货船及好望角型散货船,装货锚地水深在35米左右,昼夜可进出港区。
四、航法及进出口手续船舶从港区的东边进入港区,从KARANG MUARAS岛及MALALUNGAN岛北侧进入港口的引航站,引水登轮后引往装卸货锚地。
