说实话，这类问题可真难倒了不少回答问题的同学，因为港校研究生录取并没有统一的标准，也不是“一刀切”，但是其中还是有规律可循。
申请成功与否主要取决于当前就读学校、成绩和推荐信，同时也受到其它因素影响。
下面列出为您定位时所参照的标准，希望您根据自己的情况自我定位：下面几种情况会提高成功几率：本科“出身”好：211/985学校相对于普通高校。
本科成绩好：GPA高/系内排名靠前相对于较低的成绩/较靠后的排名。
有研究经验（使用于研究型）：之前做过研究相对于没有。
推荐人威信高：领域内知名教授的推荐相对于普通讲师的推荐。
推荐人关系：目标教授和推荐教授关系密切相对于互不相识（甚至完全不认识）。
有质量的研究计划（如需要，授课式不需要）：一份有高质量的研究计划相对于随便写的一些文字。
面试表现出色（如有）：条理清晰且有礼貌的回答相对于不知所云。
在权威期刊、会议发表论文（有较大的帮助）。
如果申请研究型学位，和目标学校相关专业教授联系可极大增加成功的机率。
下面几种情况会增加申请难度目标学校标准高：港大、中大相对于城大、理大。
目标专业在港热门：金融管理专业相对于农林专业。
研究型研究生：研究型研究生相对于授课式研究生。
跟风转专业申请（在转入专业有所建树者例外）：申请不同专业相对于擅长的本科专业。
申请主要由这些方面决定，但能否录取毕竟是综合考虑且由学校、学系和教授几方面决定，在申请的时候，任何人都无法预知最后的结果，请申请者结合上述的条件来给自己“定位”，以估算有多大的把握。

passedu.hk/majr_5081香港中文大学研究生申请入学资格要求除行政人员工商管理硕士课程外，申请攻读硕士学位课程者须：持有认可大学之学士学位，而其荣誉等级通常须为乙等或以上；或于认可大学之荣誉学士学位课程毕业，且考获之平均成绩通常须达乙级或以上；或于专上学院完成一项课程，并考获一相等于荣誉学士学位之专业资格。
地理位置新加坡国立大学校园位于肯特岗下段（Lower Kent Ridge Road），位于新加坡西南部，离市中心12公里，距东郊樟宜机场（Cha ngi Airport）30分钟车程。
校园北界是亚逸拉惹高速公路（Ayer Rajah Expressway （AYE）），南界为巴西班让路（Pasir Panjang R d），西临金文泰路（Clementi Rd），东濒南波那维斯达路（South Buona Vista Rd）。
校区占地150公顷，前身是殖民地时代英军驻新加坡巴西班让（Pasir Panjang）空军基地。
校区被肯特岗大致分为前后两部分，前部为学区，行政楼，和康乐设施；后部主要是研究所和学生公寓。
校区毗邻新加坡科学园（Singapore Science Park）和国立大学医院（National University Hospital），科研条件十分便利。
校区南临巴西班让集装箱港口，可以俯瞰港区风光。

课程培养目标
工程硕士课程是从最初的土木工程延伸发展而来的，在以下六大领域提供最先进的教育：环境工程、岩土工程、基建项目管理、结构工程、交通工程、能源工程。
学生在确定进修方向后，须在该领域接受全方位的新学习。
在学习理论知识的同时，必须参加实际的项目开发，目的在于培养学生独立解决实际问题的能力。
该课题体系内容将不断更新，以期满足高速发展的社会需求。
