• 启运日期：可以填“As per B/L No….” • 运输航线：涉及转船时，应 在保险单上注明转运地点 • 偿付地点：一般在目的地 • 投保日期：在装运日之前
保险单的填写
• 理赔代理：除写明名称外， 还需列明详细的地址等联 系方式。 • 保单日期: 早于提单日期， 晚于发票日期。
• 保单背书: 出口人在交单时 应将保单作背书转让，以 便进口方发生损失时能取 得，则作成空白背书。
