The control,based on a Siemens Simatec S7, monitors the collected dust on the surface of the cartridges. Particles reaching the pulmonary alveoli can also diffuse into the bloodstream, form deposits all over the body and, depending on the chemical structure of the particles, can cause cancer.It is absolutely essential for extraction and filtration systems to filter even those finest particles since it is the only possibility to protect your employees and yourself against serious diseases.The BGIA (German government safety organisation) tests on the particle size distribution of welding smoke has shown the following results (E308-16).The Kem Tex ® ePTFE membrane filters can filter particles smaller than 0.4 μm, which represent 98.9 % of the total dust particles, according to BGIA tests.The effective pore size of the Kem Tex ® ePTFE membrane filter is that small, that even particles with 0.1 μm already will be filtered up to 92 %. The equal zero-emission of the Kem Tex ®ePTFE membrane surpasses all current regulations even for superfine particles. Especially with superfine dusts theKem Tex ® ePTFE membrane filters prevent a penetration of the particles.Kem Tex ® ePTFE membrane filters are therefore the ultimate technology concerning all applications. 但是,在复合材料的初始设计阶段对整个结构进行有限元分析的起始准备工作,包括材料种类的选择、层合和夹层结构的设计以及层合板铺层方式设计,有限元软件的实用性不大。
当在层合板结构的不同层的级别上来对复合材料行为进行细节研究时,有限元软件包提供的后处理能力尤其有限。
这也再次说明了专业复合材料分析工具的必要性。
从文件输入\输出的内部代码方式到电子数据表格的应用和完全交互式视窗程序,许多的软件工具被开发出来对层合板进行分析。
当前一些比较高级的软件工具已经从基本的层合板分析发展到了对类似梁、板和夹层面板中复合材料层板的连接等这样的结构单元进行分析。
一些层合板分析工具可以为商用的有限元软件提供界面。
本篇文章的基础是在开发ESAComp软件过程中获得的经验。
接下来的章节中,将ESAComp软件作为先进复合材料设计软件中的一个典型,对其所具有的设计能力进行介绍。
并在最后部分讨论了复合材料设计工具同有限元程序的系统问题。
2. ESAComp 软件2.1 背景ESAComp 软件作为欧洲航天局(European Space Agency, ESA)的一个资助项目在1992年开始运行。
该课题的目标是实现一个统一界面下可以包括所有必需的层合板分析、设计能力的软件工具。
该软件系统同样也应该能够被终端用户进行扩展来满足在基本系统中不能够预见或者包括的某些特殊需要。
它的最终目的是推出一个标准工具来取代许多被航空\航天公司使用的内部代码软件。
ESAComp软件的最初开发工作在赫尔辛基技术大学的轻型结构实验室中进行。
2000年,Componeering公司接管负责ESAComp软件的进一步开发和维护,并成为该软件的商业发行商,欧洲太空宇航局继续对该软件中航空航天工业所关注的设计能力的开发工作进行资助。
EASComp软件起初开发了针对微软Windows和Unix/X两种系统平台的软件工具,但是目前该软件仅支持微软Windows系统,ESAComp软件的Linux操作系统版本将在2003年发布。
由于具有欧洲航天局的背景,欧洲航空航天公司最早采用了EASComp软件(图1)。
一些研究院所和大学也是该软件的主要用户。
EASComp软件被开发为一个通用工具以来,也增加了一些其他工业领域内使用到高性能复合材料的新客户(图2)。

在这里,单.层.(Ply)是一个用来形成层合板的通用材料术语。
单层可以进一步被划分为增强层、均质层以及芯层(均质或者蜂窝芯)。
该信息的必要性在于,定义于某一种单层方式上的部分数据内容同另外一种单层方式是不同的。
某些分析也同单层的属性相适应。
根据材料的本构关系,单层可以被划分为正交各向异性、横观各向异性以及各向同性,这样就最小化了用户所必须给出的数据量。
对层的定义包括:质量数据(体积密度,面密度),力学性能(模量,泊松比,湿胀和热胀热系数,强度),工艺数据(不同加工技术的适用性,固化温度和压力)以及产品参考数据(生产商和价格)等。
层合板...(Laminate)是由给定叠层次序的层通过给定层铺层角(层坐标系统同相应的层合板坐标系统之间的夹角)的方式来组合形成的。
如果没有定义单层厚度,在这里还可以对单层进行厚度定义。
EASComp软件将夹层结构作为一种特殊的层合板情况来进行处理。
系统自动将由芯部材料分开的实体面板作为夹层结构处理并进行相应的有关分析。
EASComp软件可以通过几种方式来对层合板进行定义,包括子层倍增的表格形式或者定义层合板的对称或者反对称特性。
在EASComp中同样可以通过对选定层给出待定铺层角或者定义选定层的待定厚度比例作为参数来定义层合板。
在ESAComp软件中,通过选择梁截面、板和胶接接头或机械接头所包含的层以及进一步给出所必需的数据设置(如尺寸)来形成结构单元。
在ESAComp中,一组结构单元的设置被称作一种项目..(Case),该项目代表了一种典型的设计/研究方案。
在一个项目中,相关材料、单层、层合板以及结构单元的变化相互关联。
例如,单层性能的变化影响了所有使用该层的层合板,并进一步影响到了所有使用该层板的所有梁结构。
ESAComp数据库被划分为三种级别:用户水平,企业共享数据的水平和包含了当前所使用的通用复合材料材料数据的ESAComp数据银行,该数据银行数据库从材料供应商提供的数据表格和其他公开资料中收集数据。
2.3 分析能力微观力学分析允许在材料组分、纤维和基体材料的基础上来预测复合材料的力学行为。
这些分析可以用来研究纤维含量对复合材料单层力学性能的影响,并为初期的设计考虑生成数据。
一般的微观力学关系在精确模拟复合材料行为时有很多缺陷,因此在实际的设计工作中,需要使用更可靠的单层的试验测试数据。
ESAComp提供了基体的混合率公式来预测工程常数和各种膨胀系数。
而且,用户还可以定义专门的微观力学分析模型。
经典层合板理论(Classical laminate Theory, CLT)组成了层合板复合材料结构的分析基础,而且是ESAComp软件中大多数分析的基础。
在ESAComp软件的层合板2.5D行为分析中,层合板本构关系用工程常数和刚度/柔度矩阵表示。
在该软件中,可以使用湿热膨胀系数,并且可以使用耦合系数来描述非对称层合板的复杂行为。
层合板载荷响应分析允许在层合板级别上来研究层合板的响应(相应应力、力矩、应变)也可以在每一单层的级别上来研究(材料和层合板坐标系统下的应力、应变)。
载荷工况可以定义为力和力矩,正则应力或应变以及耦合。
当涉及到湿热载荷时,系统给出了这些内部载荷在层合板不同层上产生的残余应力。

该理论假定复合材料层合板的失效行为首先发生在层合板中最先到达失效临界值的单层上。
由于层合板内的多轴应力-应变状态,需要使用几个失效准则来进行分析。
复合材料具有许多可用失效准则,除了几个ESAComp内部提供的常用失效判据外,用户可以定义自己的失效准则,ESAComp用安全裕度系数或安全系数的形式给出了结构的失效包线,很清楚地说明了载荷还可以增加多少或者必须减少多少。
程序还给出了包括单层可能失效模式等其它参考信息。
在分析夹层层板时,系统自动考虑面板的屈曲失效和芯材的剪切失效。
层合板的最终承载标准可以由层合板逐层失效分析(Degraded Laminate Failure, DLF)来预测。
该分析方法假定基体材料的失效裂纹沿着层板扩展,并在各层之间重新进行应力分配。
ESAComp的层合板分析同样包括了材料性能和铺层方向的敏感性分析;具有圆孔和椭圆孔的层合板孔板分析;复合材料在给定环境历史下的吸湿计算以及层合板三维有限元分析时的自由边效应。
ESAComp板分析考虑的是一个用户指定四边约束支撑情况(固定、简支或自由边)的带加强筋矩形板问题,加强筋形式包括T型、工型、C型以及Z型等多种形式。
在横向载荷分析中,可以施加点载荷、压力及线载荷,分析结果包括板的变形、失效裕度以及板整个面积上的可能失效形式;可以定义板的面内载荷来进行屈曲分析;也可以确定板的第一固频。
ESAComp板分析使用内嵌的有限元求解器中的Mindlin板单元来对板进行求解。
尤其是在夹层板中起主要作用的面外剪切变形也都加以考虑。
ESAComp程序的梁分析能力同板分析能力相似。
可以处理的梁截面类型包括层合板/夹层板,圆形、椭圆形、矩形和工形等横截面。
ESAComp程序的胶接和机械连接分析可以预测连接处的载荷分布以及预测连接的承载能力。
尤其其胶接分析十分先进,它允许许多类型的载荷和边界条件组合以及用非线性本构模型的粘胶建模。
2.4 设计能力层合板结构的设计通常是对不同材质、层厚度和铺层方式的组合进行试选找到合适的结构构造。
虽然材质组合和层合板铺层方式有无限多种可能,但是实际考虑通常局限在设计空间的范围之内。
例如,设计人员可以限制铺层角为0,±45,90度,因为从生产加工的观点来说,这是最佳选择而且往往产生接近于最优的设计方案。
因此,设计的任务局限为从一些材料备选方案中选择材料并确定每层厚度以及不同方向层的比例。
ESAComp程序分析同数据银行以及许多结果数据估计的方法一起支持该种类型的交互式设计方法(图4)。

“层合板评估工具”在被选层合板中间搜索满足具体约束的层合板,该评估工具还会进一步评估可用层合板对约束条件的满足程度并对它们按级别排序。
“层合板的生成工具”从用户选择的层中生成满足具体约束的层合板并尽可能满足设计属性的目标和权函数确定的全面目标。
