氧气传感器简单来说是一个密封容器(金属的或塑料的容器),它里面包含有两个电极:阴极是涂有活性催化剂的一片PTFE (聚四氟乙烯),阳极是一个铅块。
这个密封容器只在顶部有一个毛细微孔,允许氧气通过进入工作电极。
两个电极通过集电器被连接到传感器表面突出的两个引脚,而传感器通过这两个触角被连接到所应用的设备上。
传感器内充满电解质溶液,使不同种离子得以在电极之间交换(参见图1)。

电化学反应中,铅极参与到氧化反应中,使得这些传感器具有一定的使用期限,一旦所有可利用的铅完全被氧化,传感器将停止运作。
通常氧气传感器的使用寿命为1-2 年,但也可以通过增加阳极铅的含量或限制接触阳极的氧气量来延长传感器的使用寿命。

一氧化碳气体检测技术方法解析一、微量一氧化碳气体检测技术方法解析目前测量微量一氧化碳气体的主要测量方式分为电化学传感器测量法、检定管测量法、气相色谱法、非分光红外测量法。
第一、电化学传感器测量法现阶段所使用的电化学传感器均来自德国、美国和英国,无论是哪个国家的产品和任何型号传感器,最小误差均为≤±5-10%F.S,即量程为300ppm的电化学传感器,误差为15-30ppm,误差大于空气中最大允许15ppm的范围。
电化学传感器通常存在三大问题,这三个问题严重影响了传感器的寿命和精度:1.感应器监测范围:电气化学感应器有一个固定的暴露能力范围。
在这个范围内,监测性能可靠。
超过监测范围的使用和感应器负荷超载,影响它的准确性,传感器也相应地时常处于饱和状态;气体浓度低于常规范围,会削弱反映的信号,加上环境噪声干扰,使仪器读数不准确,从而降低了仪器的准确性和分辨率。
2.待测气体交叉影响:电化学传感器运用通常的氧化还原反应产生电流的原理。
这一反应过程对很多气体是很普通的。
待测气体的交叉影响使检测结果不能反映检测气体的实际含量,检测结果失去科学价值和合理性。
例如环境中的H2\CO2\CL2\CH4\NO2等气体干扰值均在30ppm左右。
3. 传感器的寿命问题:电化学传感器均存在寿命因素,例如一氧化碳,最长寿命为空气中2年,基本在6个月后灵敏度就会不断的下降,需要通过反复的调试才能够维持使用。
综上所述,根据传感器本身误差及环境因素影响,电化学传感器对于几个ppm甚至几十个ppm的一氧化碳气体几乎没有有效地测量值,所以在环境气体复杂,微量一氧化碳气体浓度的情况下不建议使用。
第二、检定管检测法检测管的基本测定原理为线性比色法,即被测气体通过检定管与指示胶发生有色反应,形成变色层(变色柱),变色层的长度与被测气体的浓度成正比。
缺点为:1.需手动进行现场球胆采样分析,不能实现自动检测和自动控制。
2.需要肉眼观测,存在较大的误差。

Cross-sensitivity Data
CiTiceLs may exhibit a response to certain gases in a sample other than the target gas. A7E/F CiTiceLs have been tested with a number of commonly cross-interfering gases and the results are given below. The table shows the typical response to be expected from a sensor when exposed to a given test gas concentration (relevant to safety, e.g. TLV levels).
