If no settlement can be reached, the in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country. （b）五份标明合同编号与唛头的发票（超过一个唛头，发票须分开发行）；（c）五份标明运输重量，数量与对应的发票日期的包装清单；（d）两份由制造商按照条款16中（1）发布的质量与数量的证书；（e）一份发往买方迅速告知其货物已装载的电报。
