Test Descriptio Performance Requirement
Visual and
Dimensional
Inspection Must meet or exceed the requirements specified by
the most current version of Chapter 6 of the USB
Specification.
Insulation Resistance

Dielectric
Withstanding Voltage
耐电压 The dielectric must withstand 500V AC for one
minute at sea level.

Low Level Contact
Resistance
低电平接触电阻 30 mΩ maximum when measured at 20mV
maximum open circuit at 100mA.Mated test
contacts must be in a connector housing.
在开路最大电流为100 mA电压为20mV情况下最大为30mΩ
Contact Current
Rating
温升 1.5A at 250V AC minimum when measured at an
ambient temperature of 25℃.with power applied
to the contacts ,the △T must not exceed +30℃at any point in the USB connector under test.
相对温度为25℃，250VAC，最小为1.5A。接通电压，测试中端子任一点的温度不超过＋30℃。
