Type 8-Bit MCU with EEPROM

概要

经济型A/D 单片机是内置EEPROM 的8 位FLASH 型高性能精简指令集MCU，专门为需要A/D 转换的产品而设计，例如传感器信号输入。所有单片机都集成了多通道模数转换器和1 或者2 通道PWM

输出。暂停和唤醒功能、振荡类型选择、可编程分频器等功能，使得实际应用时只需要很少的外部器件。

具有A/D 和PWM、低功耗、高性能、灵活的输入/输出口和低成本，使得这款单片机可以广泛应用于带传感器信号处理、马达驱动、工业控制、消费类产品和子系统控制器等。此系列芯片大部分特性都是通用的，然而，主要不同在于输入/输出引脚数目、RAM 和ROM 的容量、A/D 分辨率、堆栈层数和封装类型。

摘要：为了实现更为精准的数字化控制，采用盛群公司的ＨＴ４６Ｒ２３２单片机实现ＰＷＭ控制。介绍了ＰＷＭ的设　

计原理、电路图和源代码说明。实践证明：利用ＨＴ４６系列单片机集成的多个脉冲宽度调制输出功能，能减少外部　

器件数目，控制整个电路的系统复杂性，实现产品成本的有效控制。

０　引　言　用设计竞赛选用芯片　。　

在电子设备中，通常需要使用调整输出量大小　

的技术，例如音响音量的大小和风扇的转速…等。　

若使用可变电阻改变驱动电流值方式，虽直观且简　

单，但很难实现更为精准的控制，同时，由于可变电　

阻的物理特性，在长期使用过程中还有可能造成电　

器过热的现象；另外，这种模拟电路还可能对噪声很　

敏感，任何扰动或噪声都会改变电流值的大小　Ｊ。因　

此，单片机中通常采用ＰＷＭ实现更为精准的数字化　

控制　。　

１　ＨＴ４６Ｉ　３２单片机简介　

ＨＴ４６Ｒ２３２是盛群ＨＴ４６系列单片机之一　，该　

系列单片机的共同特点是具有Ａ／Ｄ功能，可直接处　

理模拟信号，例如直接连接传感器。同时该系列单　

片机包含一个集成的多通道模数转换器，以及一个　

或多个脉冲宽度调制输出。这些特性可提供实际　

应用，尽可能地降低外部器件数目，不仅降低系统　

复杂性，同时也降低整个产品的成本。ＨＯＬＴＥＫ　

ＨＴ４６系列的单片机符合工业标准，加之集成功能　

多且具有一定的价格优势，目前在国内沿海电子制　

造企业有较为广泛的应用。同时，该系列单片机还　

是重庆、天津、西安和台湾等地“盛群杯”单片机应

pt100温度测量电路,温度传感器PT100是一种稳定性和线性都比较好的铂丝热电阻传感器,可以工作在 -200℃ 至 650℃ 的范围.本电路选择其工作在 -19℃ 至 500℃ 范围.

整个电路分为两部分,一是传感器前置放大电路,一是单片机 A/D 转换和显示,控制,软件非线性校正等部分.

前置放大部分原理图如下:

工作原理:

传感器的接入非常简单,从系统的 5V 供电端仅仅通过一支 3K92 的电阻就连接到 PT100 了.这种接法通常会引起严重的非线性问题,但是.由于有了单片机的软件校正作为后盾,因此就简化了传感器的接入方式.

按照 PT100 的参数,其在 0℃ 到 500℃ 的区间内,电阻值为 100 至 280.9Ω，我们按照其串联分压的揭发，使用公式：Vcc/(PT100+3K92）* PT100 = 输出电压（mV），可以计算出其在整百℃时的输出电压，见下面的表格：

单片机的 10 位 A/D 在满度量程下，最大显示为 1023 字，为了得到 PT100 传感器输出电压在显示 500 字时的单片机 A/D 转换输入电压，必须对传感器的原始输出电压进行放大，计算公式为：(500/1023 * Vcc)/传感器两端电压( mV/℃ ) ，（Vcc＝系统供电＝5V），可以得到放大倍数为 10.466 。
