本课是放学后Gao Wei的妈妈到学校接他，遇见了他的新朋友Dick及Dick’s sister为场景进行会话教学的。引出要学习的目标语言How old is she? She’s six.

学情

分析

五年级学生对英语学习有兴趣，对于基本的口语会表达及能听懂口令。对于询问年龄的句型How old are you? I’m… 早已掌握。对外貌及性格特征的描述，学生们在本单元的前两课也已经熟悉并掌握。新单词cute和smart及询问他人年龄的语言目标，学生们也不难掌握。
