团委换届选举大会议程
一、宣布大会开始，全体起立奏国歌，并介绍出席领导。
二、大会的议程包括：
1、上一届团委工作报告由团委书记做出。
2、选举产生新一届团委委员会。
3、在新一届团委委员中选举产生书记和副书记。
4、领导发表讲话。
三、选举产生共青团团委委员会委员的步骤如下：
1、报告到会团员数，必须按照团章规定，有选举权的到会人数超过应到会人数的五分之四，方可进行选举。
2、通过大会选举办法。
3、介绍候选人情况。
4、通过委员会候选人名单。
5、通过监票人名单。
6、开始选举委员会委员。
7、监票人宣布选举计票结果。
8、宣布选举结果。
四、选举产生团委书记和副书记的步骤如下：
1、通过选举办法。
2、通过团书记和副书记候选人名单。

XXX委员选举办法
一、根据《团章》和《中国共产主义青年团基层组织选举规则》，制定本选举办法。
二、新一届XXX由本次团员大会选举产生。
三、团委委员会委员候选人名单是在广泛征求各团组织意见的基础上提出，并报党委同意后，提交本次团员大会进行选举。
四、团委委员会委员的选举是采用候选人多于应选人数的差额选举办法进行。委员会设委员5名，按照委员候选人多于应选名额的20%，确定委员候选人6名，差额1名。
五、选举时，参加选举的团员人数必须超过应到会团员人数的五分之四，方可进行选举。每张选票所选的人数等于或少于应选人数为有效票，多于应选人数为无效票。收回的选票多余发出的选票，选举无效，应重新选举。选举时，因故未出席会议的团员不得委托他人投票。
六、选举时，被选举人得到的赞成票超过实到会团员的半数方可当选。如遇被选举人得票数多者当选。如遇被选举人得票数相等不能确定当选人时，就应票数相等的被选举人重新投票，以得票多者当选。
七、出席选举大会的团员对选票上的候选人，可投赞成票、反对票或弃权票，也可另选他人。对选票上的候选人，赞成的在其姓名上方的空格画个“○”，反对的则画个“×”，如另选他人，可在选票末姓名样空格内写上另选人姓名，并在其姓名上方的空格画个“○”，如只写姓名不画“○”的该另选人不记得票。
