我的好习惯和坏习惯英语作文六年级全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Good Habits and Bad HabitsWe all have habits, some good and some bad. Habits are the little things we do regularly, often without even thinking about it. Over the years, I've developed quite a few habits that have become part of my daily routine. Some of these habits are good and help me be a better student and person, while others are bad habits that I really need to work on breaking. One of my very good habits is that I always try to get enough sleep each night. I know how important it is for kids my age to get 9-11 hours of sleep in order to have enough energy for school and activities the next day. I've made it a habit to go to bed early, usually around 8:30 or 9pm after getting my homework done and getting ready for bed. I almost never stay up late watching TV or playing video games because I know that will make me tired and have trouble concentrating in class the next day. Getting enough sleep helps me wake up feeling rested and ready to take on the new day.Another really good habit of mine is staying organized with my schoolwork and assignments. I always make sure to write down my homework assignments in my agenda book as soon as they are assigned. Then, as soon as I get home from school, I take out my agenda and get started on my homework right away before doing anything else. I don't let assignments pile up until the last minute. I also keep my backpack, binders, folders and notebooks very organized so I can easily find what I need for each class. Developing strong organizational skills through habits like these will really help me as I get older and have even more responsibilities. One more good habit I have is trying to eat healthy foods and not too many junk foods or sweets. My parents have taught me good nutrition from an early age. At school, I always try to pick the healthier options in the cafeteria like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins rather than chips, cookies or candy. At home, I drinkwater or milk rather than sugary sodas or juices. I also make sure to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity or exercise each day to stay healthy. Developing habits like these around eating nutritious foods and being active will give me more energy and help prevent obesity and other health issues as I get older. While I do have quite a few good habits, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not perfect and I definitely have some bad habits that I need to work on improving. One of my worst habits is procrastinating on big tasks or assignments. Sometimes I just keep putting things off until the very last minute, even if I had weeks to work on it. This leads to me feeling stressed and overwhelmed as the deadline gets closer. I really need to break this habit by working on things in smaller chunks over time rather than waiting until the end. Maybe setting reminders or making a schedule would help motivate me to get started earlier on big projects.Another bad habit of mine is that I can be a litterbug sometimes. Even though I know I should always use trash cans or recycle bins, sometimes I'm just lazy and I'll throw a candy wrapper or other piece of trash on the ground instead. This is such a bad habit that not only looks sloppy and makes areas dirty, but it's also really harmful to the environment. From now on, I need to make an effort to always hold on to my trash until I can properly dispose of it. That's the type of good citizen habit I should develop. My final bad habit that I really need to address is the amount of time I spend mindlessly watching YouTube videos oraddictively playing video games. On weekends or over school breaks, I can easily spend hours upon hours watching one YouTube video after another or playing game after game. Not only does this rob me of time better spent on homework, reading, being active outdoors or other productive activities, but it's also just a terribly lazy habit to have. I need to be better about setting time limits for myself on watching YouTube or gaming rather than letting it take over my entire day. Maybe I can reward myself with some screen time after I've completed my other priorities and responsibilities.Overall, I have a number of ingrained habits, some good and some in need of improvement. The good habits around sleep, organization, nutrition and exercise are serving me well now as a student and will hopefully set me up for continued success in the future. However, the bad habits like procrastination, littering and excessive screen time are not helping me become the best version of myself. Moving forward, I need to reinforce and build upon my good habits while making a conscious effort to improve and ideally break my bad habits. They may seem small, but habits, whether good or bad, can make a big difference over time. It's up to me to choose the habits that will lead me down the right path.篇2My Good Habits and Bad HabitsWe all have habits, some good and some bad. Habits are the little things we do regularly, often without even thinking about them. They can make our lives easier or harder, depending on what those habits are. In this essay, I'll talk about some of my own good habits and bad habits. One of my good habits is being organized. I always make sure to keep my school supplies neatly arranged in my backpack and my bedroom is usually pretty tidy. I find that when my spaces are clean and everything has a place, I can focus and get my work done more easily. My homework folder is organized by subject, and I have a special pen case just for my colored pens and markers that I like using to make my notes more fun.Another good habit I have is reading every night before bed. My parents got me into this habit when I was little by reading me bedtime stories. Now I enjoy reading on my own for 20-30 minutes to relax and wind down after a busy day. I've read so many great book series this way over the years, like Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Narnia, and more. Reading before bed helps my brain shift from homework mode to sleep mode.I also have a good habit of staying active and exercising. I play soccer three times a week after school, and I really look forward to running around with my friends at practice and games. When the weather is nice, I also try to bike or go for a jog over the weekend. Exercising gives me more energy, helps me concentrate better in class, and keeps me healthy. Sometimes my parents have to push me to go outside when I'm feeling lazy, but I always feel accomplished after getting some exercise. Those are some of my good habits, but I certainly have some bad habits too that I'm trying to work on. One of my worst habits is procrastinating on big assignments and projects. I'll put them off until the last minute, even if I have weeks to work on them. Then I end up feeling stressed and rushing to get everything done in a panic before the due date. I know I should just work on those big projects a little bit at a time instead of leaving it all for later, but I get distracted or tempted to just relax and play video games instead. Procrastination is definitely a bad habit I need to break.Another one of my bad habits is that I can be a bit disorganized and forgetful when it comes to chores and responsibilities at home. I'll leave my towel on the floor after my shower, or forget to put my dishes in the dishwasher after eatinga snack. My mom is always reminding me about things I've forgotten to do to help out around the house. I need to be better about cleaning up after myself automatically without being asked.A final bad habit I'll mention is my tendency to get distracted and waste time mindlessly watching videos or playing games on my tablet. Before I know it, hours have gone by and I've accomplished nothing productive. This habit makes me procrastinate even more on homework and chores. I need to put limits on my recreational screen time and be more intentional about when I use technology just for fun.Just by being more aware of my habits, both good and bad, I can start working on improving myself. My good habits like being organized, reading, and exercising make me feel accomplished and in control. But my bad habits like procrastinating, forgetting responsibilities, and wasting time make me feel stressed and disappointed in myself.I'm going to make an effort to keep doing my good habits consistently, and set some goals to slowly break my bad habits. For example, I could start my big homework assignments as soon as I get them so I don't have to cram at the last minute. Or I could put my tablet away in another room while I'm doingchores so I don't get distracted by it. My parents will be proud of me when they see me taking more responsibility.Good habits may be hard to start, but once you get going they become easier and more automatic. And getting rid of bad habits takes discipline and commitment. But putting in the hard work is worth it because good habits make you feel good about yourself and accomplish your goals. I'm determined to keep building my good habits and breaking my bad ones, one day at a time.篇3My Good Habits and Bad HabitsWe all have habits, don't we? Some habits are good for us, while others are not so good. Today, I'm going to share some of my good habits and bad habits with you.Let's start with the good habits first. One of my best habits is reading books every night before bed. I've loved reading ever since I was a little kid. Getting lost in a good book is one of my favorite ways to relax and wind down after a long day at school. My mom and dad really encouraged my reading habit by getting me lots of books and letting me stay up a little past my bedtime if I was in the middle of a great story. Reading has definitelyhelped me become a better student by expanding my vocabulary and improving my comprehension skills.Another good habit I have is staying active and exercising regularly. I play soccer every week, and also enjoy riding my bike, going for hikes, and swimming in the summer. Staying physically fit makes me feel healthier and more energetic overall. Exercise is also a great way for me to clear my mind when I'm feeling stressed about school or other things going on in my life. I feel very fortunate that my parents value an active lifestyle and have supported my interests in sports and outdoor activities from a young age.One more good habit I'll mention is trying to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. I have to admit, there are times when I crave junk food like candy, chips, and soda. But for the most part, I do pretty well with making healthy food choices. My mom and dad have taught me about nutrition and why it's important to limit things like added sugars and saturated fats. I always feel better when I'm eating nutritious meals and snacks. Those are some of my good habits, but I also have some bad habits that I should probably work on. My biggest bad habit is probably procrastinating on schoolwork, chores, and other tasks.I tend to put things off until the last minute, which just leads to me feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I know I need to get better about managing my time and not leaving everything until night before it's due. Procrastination is definitely a habit I've got to break.Another bad habit of mine is spending too much time on my phone and digital devices. I enjoy things like social media, YouTube, and gaming. But there are times when I get carried away and waste hours mindlessly scrolling or playing games. This excessive screen time can negatively impact my sleep, productivity on schoolwork, and ability to stay focused. It's something I am trying to cut back on, but old habits are hard to break!A final bad habit would be my tendency to leave a mess and not clean up after myself as well as I should. My room is a disaster area a lot of the time, with clothes strewn everywhere and my bed unmade. When I'm doing homework, I tend to leave papers, pencils, and books scattered all over. I really need to get into the habit of being more organized and taking time to tidy up. Having a clean, clutter-free space would help me feel more relaxed and in control. Those are some of the key habits – both good and bad – that I can identify in my life currently. All of us are works in progress when it comes to self-improvement. I'm going to keep working on maintaining and building my good habits while making an effort to break the bad ones that are holding me back. Baby steps are the key! I know that if I keep trying my best, I can become the best version of myself. What are some of your good and bad habits? I'd love to hear about them!。

1My Good Habits and Bad HabitsI have some good habits and some bad habits. Let me tell you about them!A really good habit I have is brushing my teeth every morning and night. Mommy says this is super important to keep my teeth strong and healthy. I always brush for two whole minutes, making sure to get all the spots in my mouth. Sometimes I like to sing my favorite song while I'm brushing to make the time go by faster. After I brush, my teeth feel squeaky clean and fresh!Another good habit is trying my best in school. I raise my hand a lot to answer the teacher's questions. Even if I'm not totally sure, I still give it a try. My teacher always says it's good to participate. I also do all my homework right after school before I go play. That way it's done and I don't have to worry about it later. Getting good grades makes me and my parents really happy and proud. Now let me tell you about one of my bad habits – I bite my nails sometimes. I know I shouldn't do it, but I can't seem to stop. Whenever I get bored or nervous, I just start chewing on my nails without even realizing it. Then my mom gets mad because she says it's a bad habit and can make my fingers really ugly. I'm trying hard to break this nail biting habit by putting a bandaid on when I get the urge to bite.I also have a bad habit of staying up too late at night. I just never feel tired at bedtime! I'll lay in bed for hours thinking about fun things or making up stories in my head. Then in the morning it's so hard to wake up for school. I end up being cranky because I'm overtired. My parents keep telling me I need more sleep to grow up big and strong. I'm going to try going to bed earlier from now on.Another bad habit is that I'm kind of a picky eater. There are so many foods I won't even try because I decide I don't like them before tasting. Veggies are my biggest problem - I pretty much only like carrot sticks. My parents say I need to eat more vegetables to stay healthy. From now on, I'll try taking just one bite of new foods before I decide if I like them or not. Those are some of my good habits and bad habits. I'll keep working on my good habits like brushing my teeth and doing myhomework. And I'll really try hard to break my bad habits like nail biting, staying up late, and being a picky eater. Having good habits makes me feel accomplished and bad habits just get in my way. I want to have way more good habits than bad!篇2My Good and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Emily and I'm going to tell you all about my habits - the good ones and the bad ones. Get ready for a super long essay because my teacher said it has to be 2000 words! That's like, a billion words, but I'll try my best.First up, my good habits! I always always always brush my teeth in the morning and before bed. My mom says this is really important to keep my teeth strong and healthy. I use a strawberry toothpaste that makes my mouth feel super fresh and clean. Sometimes I brush my teeth so hard that my gums start to bleed a little bit, but I figure that just means I'm doing an extra good job, right?Another one of my good habits is reading every single night before going to sleep. I have a huge bookshelf full of books about dinosaurs, outer space, talking animals, you name it! My favorites are the ones with pictures because I'm a visual learner. My parents have to force me to put the book down and turn off the lights at my bedtime. I just get so into the stories! Here's a good habit that not many kids my age have - I absolutely love veggies! Broccoli, carrots, spinach, brussels sprouts, I'll eat em all up, no problem. My friends make fun of me for liking vegetables so much, but I don't even care. They're delicious and nutritious! My parents are always saying how proud they are of me for eating so healthy. I just have to make sure not to eat too many beans, if you know what I mean!Okay, now for the bad habits. I have this really weird habit of biting my nails. I can't help it! Whenever I get nervous or bored, my fingers just naturally go right into my mouth and start gnawing away. My nails look so raggedy and gross because of it. My parents keep telling me to stop biting them, but old habits die hard, you know?Speaking of hard habits to break, I am addicted to videogames! Like, for real addicted. If my parents wouldn't set a time limit, I would probably play all day and all night long. My favorite games are the superhero ones where I get to run around and fight bad guys. When I'm not playing, I'm thinking about playing. My brain is pretty much always in videogame mode. I trynot to bring my games to school though, because then I'd never pay attention!Last but not least, one of my worst habits is procrastinating on my homework. I'll come home from school and be like "Okay, time to do homework!" But then I'll get distracted watching TV, or messing around on my tablet, or just daydreaming. Before I know it, hours have gone by and the homework is still not done. Then I have to rush through it at the very last minute, which is never fun. I really need to work on my procrastination.Phew, that's a lot of words about my habits! I'm sure there are more good ones and bad ones, but we'd be here all day if I tried to list them all. I guess the important thing is that I'm aware of my habits, both the good ones that I should keep up, and the bad ones that I need to work on. Nobody's perfect, right? We all have things we're trying to improve about ourselves. Well, thanks for reading my essay! I'll catch you later.篇3My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Johnny, and I'm in the fifth grade. Today, I want to talk to you about some of my good habits andbad habits. We all have things we do that are good for us, and things that aren't so good. Let me tell you about mine!First, let's start with my good habits. One of my best habits is that I always brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. My mom says this is really important for keeping my teeth healthy and strong. I use a timer to make sure I brush for two whole minutes each time. Sometimes it feels like forever, but I know it's good for me. My teeth are nice and sparkly clean!Another good habit I have is that I always try to eat healthy foods. I love fruits and veggies, especially carrots, apples, and broccoli. My parents pack me a healthy lunch for school every day with a sandwich, some fruit, and some crunchy veggies to munch on. I know eating good foods helps me grow big and strong. Sometimes I do want a candy bar or some chips, but I try not to eat too many unhealthy snacks.I also have a good habit of staying active and exercising. After school, I like to go outside and play sports with my friends. We'll kick a soccer ball around, shoot some hoops, or just run and play tag. It's so much fun, and it keeps me moving instead of just sitting around. My gym teacher says exercise is important for having a healthy body and a healthy mind. Now, let's talk about some of my bad habits. One bad habit I have is that I sometimes procrastinate on my homework. I'll come home from school and want to watch TV or play video games instead of doing my assignments right away. Then, before I know it, it's getting late, and I have to rush to get everything done. I really need to work on doing my homework as soon as I get home so I don't fall behind.Another bad habit of mine is that I can be a little messy sometimes. My room often looks like a tornado went through it, with clothes and toys everywhere. My mom is always telling me to clean up after myself, but I don't always listen. I know it would be better if I put things away when I'm done with them instead of leaving messes all over the place.Lastly, I have a bad habit of biting my nails. I know it's not good for me, and my nails look all stubby and ragged because of it. But sometimes I just can't help myself, especially when I'm feeling nervous or bored. I really need to try to break this habit because it's not good for my nails or my fingers.Well, there you have it – some of my good habits and bad habits. I'm trying my best to keep up the good ones and work on breaking the bad ones. It's not always easy, but I know it'simportant to have good habits to stay healthy and do well in school and life. I'll keep working on it every day!篇4My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Tommy and I'm 8 years old. Today I want to tell you all about my good habits and my bad habits. Habits are things we do over and over again without really thinking about it. Some habits are good for us and some aren't so good. Let me start with my good habits! One of my very best habits is brushing my teeth twice a day - once in the morning after breakfast and once at night before bed.I use a timer to make sure I brush for a full 2 minutes each time. Brushing helps keep my teeth strong, healthy and sparkling white. My dentist always gives me a big smile and a sticker when she sees how well I've been brushing. I never want to have any cavities so I make sure to never skip this good habit!Another really good habit I have is reading books every single day. I love getting lost in stories about brave knights, talking animals, magical adventures and more. Reading helps me learn new words, improves my reading skills, and sparks my imagination. My parents started reading to me when I was just ababy and ever since then I've been a total bookworm! I have a big bookshelf in my room that's overflowing with books. Whenever I get a new book, I can't wait to cozy up and start reading it right away.A good habit that helps me at school is raising my hand and participating in class. I never feel shy about asking questions when I don't understand something or sharing my ideas with the teacher and other students. Speaking up and getting involved makes learning way more fun! My teachers are always telling my parents how great it is that I'm such an engaged, active learner. Participating helps the lessons stick in my brain better too. Those are some of my good habits, but I'll be honest - I have some bad habits too that I'm working on. One of my biggest bad habits is biting my nails. I can't help myself sometimes when I get nervous, bored or just out of habit. But biting your nails can lead to infections and really ugly, stubby nails. My parents are always telling me to stop, and I try my best, but it's really hard to break this bad habit!Another one of my bad habits is leaving my stuff lying around everywhere instead of cleaning up after myself. My room is a complete pigsty most of the time with clothes, toys, books and games strewn all over the floor. I really need to get betterabout putting things back where they belong when I'm done with them instead of making a huge mess. Having a messy room makes it hard for me to find things and can be pretty embarrassing when friends come over. Cleaning up is such a drag, but I know having a bad habit of messiness isn't good.My last bad habit is procrastinating on my homework and chores. I really hate doing them so I put them off until the very last minute. But then I end up feeling stressed because I'm rushed to get it all done before bedtime. I should really listen to my parents and teachers when they tell me to "Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today!" Procrastinating just makes everything harder in the end.Well, those are some of the good habits and bad habits I have as a kid. Good habits like brushing my teeth, reading and participating in class make me feel accomplished and proud. But bad habits like nail biting, messiness and procrastinating don't make me feel good about myself at all. I'm going to keep working on my good habits to make them stronger. And I'm going to do my best to break those nagging bad habits once and for all! Wish me luck!篇5My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Johnny and I'm going to tell you all about my habits - the good ones and the bad ones. I have a bunch of habits and some of them are really great but others, well, they're not so great. But I'm working on getting better every day!Let me start with my good habits. One of my very best habits is that I always brush my teeth in the morning and before bed. My mom and dad are super proud of me for this because they know how important it is to have clean, healthy teeth. I use a timer to make sure I brush for two whole minutes each time. That's a long time when you're just a kid! But I do it because I want my teeth to be strong and sparkly. Sometimes I even sing a little song in my head while I'm brushing to make the time go by faster.Another great habit I have is being helpful around the house. My parents don't even have to ask me anymore - I just see things that need to be done and I do them! I'll clear my plate from the table after meals, pick up toys I'm not playing with anymore, and I even make my bed in the morning. My mom says I'm her little helper and that makes me feel really good inside. It's not hard to be helpful, but I know it makes a big difference for my parents.Reading is one of my absolute favorite habits. I try to read a few pages from a book every single night before bed. Sometimes it's a story from my reading book at school, and other times it's a fun novel or comic book. My dad sits with me while I read out loud and he helps me with any words I get stuck on. Reading makes me smarter and gives me awesome adventures without even leaving my room! Those are some of my good habits, but I'll be honest - I have some pretty bad ones too. I have a terrible habit of biting my nails. I know it's gross and my parents are always telling me to stop, but sometimes I just can't help myself, especially when I'm feeling nervous or bored. My nails look all ragged and it's not a good look. I'm really trying hard to break this habit but old habits are tough to break!Another bad habit I have is leaving a big mess everywhere I go. I'll be playing with my toys or my art supplies and the next thing I know, there's a crazy explosion of stuff all over the floor! Then my mom has to come in and get on my case to clean it up. I don't mean to make messes, I just get so caught up in whatever I'm doing that I totally forget to keep things tidy as I go. This is definitely something I need to work on.My final bad habit is procrastinating on my homework. I hate doing homework after a long day at school and I always want to go play outside or watch TV instead. So I end up putting it off until the very last minute. Then I'm stuck rushing through it which means I don't do my best work. My teacher has talked to my parents about this bad habit of mine and they've started setting a homework time for me right after school. It's helping a little bit, but procrastinating is still my nemesis!Well, there you have it - the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to my habits! I'm proud of my good habits like brushing my teeth, being helpful, and reading. But I really need to work harder on kicking those bad habits like nail biting, making messes, and procrastinating to the curb. Habits are hard to make and hard to break, but I'm going to keep trying my best. With some patience and perseverance, I know my good habits will overshadow the bad ones. Wish me luck!。

英语作文我的好习惯和坏习惯六年级下册全文共5篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 6th grader. Today I'm going to tell you all about some of my good habits and bad habits. We all have things we do that are good for us and things that aren't so good. It's important to try our best to keep up our good habits and work on fixing our bad ones!Let me start by telling you about some of my good habits. One of my very best habits is that I always brush my teeth twice a day - once in the morning after breakfast and once at night before bed. I use a yummy bubblegum flavored toothpaste and my favorite blue toothbrush. Brushing helps keep my teeth clean, healthy and cavity-free! My dentist is always really proud of me for brushing so well.Another excellent habit I have is reading every single night before bed. I love getting cozy under my covers with a fun book and reading for 30 minutes or even an hour if the book is really good! Reading helps my imagination grow and it's just superrelaxing after a long day at school. My parents started reading to me when I was just a baby so I've always loved books. My favorite genres are fantasy, adventure and mystery novels.I also have a great habit of staying active and playing sports. After school a few days a week, I play on my town's soccer team. I've played soccer since I was 5 years old and it's my absolute favorite! I love running around with my friends, kicking the ball, and trying to score goals. Playing soccer helps me get lots of exercise and have fun at the same time. Those are some of my good habits, but I'll be honest - I do have more than a few bad habits too. Want to hear about them? Okay, I'll tell you!My biggest bad habit is definitely that I am a huge procrastinator. I always seem to leave my homework for the very last minute and then get super stressed trying to get it all done in time. I know I should just do it right after school when I get home instead of waiting until bedtime. But I get distracted playing games or watching TV instead. Procrastinating always leads to me feeling worried and anxious that I won't get my work finished. It's a bad habit I really need to work on!Another bad habit I have is that I am a total nail biter. I've bit my nails ever since I was a little kid and it's just a habit that reallystuck with me over the years. My parents are always telling me how bad it is for my nails and cuticles, but I can't seem to stop! I bite them without even realizing it when I'm bored, watching a movie, or feeling nervous or stressed. Biting my nails is an nervous habit that I know I need to try and quit.My final bad habit is that I am a bit of a slob and struggle to keep my room clean and organized. My floor is always cluttered with clothes, toys, books and just a lot of random junk. Under my bed is a total mess too! My mom is always nagging me to clean up after myself and threatening to confiscate my stuff if I don't. I try to keep it clean, but after just a couple days it seems to get messy again. Being an organized person is hard work!So those are some of my good habits and bad habits. As I mentioned, we all have a mix of both! The good habits are super important to keep up. And the bad habits? Well, I'll definitely keep working on fixing those. Replacing bad habits with good ones just takes a lot of practice, discipline and determination. I'm going to try my absolute best though! Thanks for reading my essay! I hope you enjoyed learning about the good and bad things I do on a regular basis. Remember, good habits lead to a happy and healthy life. Badhabits? Not so much! So do yourself a favor and ditch those bad habits starting today. Thanks again and have an awesome day!篇2My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 6th grader. Today, I want to tell you about some of my good habits and bad habits. We all have them, right? Let's start with the good ones! One of my best habits is reading every night before bed. I just love getting lost in a great book! My favorite genres are fantasy and adventure. I'm currently reading the latest book in the Enchanted Forests series and it's sooo exciting. I can't wait to find out what happens to the young wizard and his dragon sidekick. Reading helps me wind down after a long day and it's the perfect way to end my night.Another good habit I have is staying active and exercising. I play soccer three times a week after school and I have a game every Saturday. I'm the striker on my team which means I get to try and score lots of goals! Playing soccer keeps me fit and healthy. It also teaches me about being a good teammate and working hard. Win or lose, I always have a blast playing the sport I love. The last good habit I'll mention is trying to eat pretty healthy. Of course, I still enjoy treats like pizza, ice cream, and candy sometimes. But most of the time, I choose nutritious foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean protein. My energy levels are higher when I'm fueling my body right. My mom packs me a balanced lunch every day too which helps me focus in class.Okay, now let's talk about some of my not-so-good habits. To be honest, I can be a major procrastinator when it comes to homework and chores. I'll put them off for as long as possible until I absolutely have to get them done. This usually leads to me rushing at the last minute and feeling stressed. I really need to work on getting started sooner instead of leaving things until the very end.Another bad habit is that I can be a little disorganized and messy. My room is often a disaster zone with clothes, books, and toys scattered everywhere. I'm constantly misplacing things too like my soccer cleats or my favorite hoodie. This drives my parents crazy! They're always nagging me to clean up after myself. Being more organized would definitely make my life easier. Finally, I have a bad habit of snacking way too much, especially at night after dinner. When I'm watching TV or playingvideo games, I mindlessly munch on chips, cookies, candy...you name it. All those empty calories and sugar aren't good for my health at all. I need to break this habit and save the treats for special occasions instead of every single day.So there you have it - some of my good habits and bad habits. As you can see, I'm a work in progress just like anyone else! I'll keep working on my bad habits while maintaining the good ones. After all, nobody's perfect but every little bit ofself-improvement counts. Thanks for reading about my habits! Let me know if you can relate to any of them.篇3My Good Habits and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm a 6th grader. Today I want to tell you about some of my good habits and bad habits. Even though I'm just a kid, I've learned that the habits we build are super important for success in life.Let me start with some of my good habits. One really helpful habit is being organized with my schoolwork. Every day after school, I take out all my books and papers from my backpack and put them neatly on my desk. I have different colored folders for each subject to keep everything separated. My mom taughtme this system and it really helps me stay on top of my assignments and never lose anything important. Being organized makes my life so much easier!Another good habit I have is reading every night before bed.I used to struggle with reading when I was younger, but now I really enjoy it. My parents started making me read for 30 minutes every night a few years ago as a routine, and eventually I got into the habit myself. Now I look forward to cozying up with a good book before lights out. Reading has helped me become a better student and expand my imagination and vocabulary too. I'm really glad my parents encouraged that habit. One more good habit is staying active and exercising. My dad got me into playing sports when I was little, and now I play soccer, basketball, and baseball for my school and town rec leagues. Even when I'm not at practice, I make sure to get outside and run around or ride my bike as much as I can. Exercise is great for my body and mind - it gives me energy, helps me sleep better, and blows off steam when I'm feeling antsy or stressed about schoolwork. I plan to keep up an active lifestyle forever! Those are some of my good habits, but I'll be honest, I have some bad ones too that I need to work on. My biggest bad habitis procrastinating on big projects and assignments. I know I shouldn't, but I just can't seem to help myself from putting things off until the very last minute. I tell myself I'll do it tomorrow, then tomorrow becomes the next day, until suddenly the deadline ishere and I'm scrambling. This bad habit causes me a lot of stress and anxiety. I really need to be better about breaking up my work into smaller chunks over time instead of leaving it all for one big push at the end.Another bad habit is that I'm incapable of getting out of bed in the morning! I am certainly not a morning person. My mom has to call me multiple times to wake up, and even then I lie there ignoring her for as long as I can. I've tried setting 5-6 alarms on my phone, but I just keep snoozing them all. Then I end up rushing around at the last minute, forgetting things, and not having time for a decent breakfast. I know it's a problem and that getting better sleep and having a calm start to my day would help me be more prepared and focused at school. But old habits die hard I guess! My last bad habit is a strange one - I have an awful tendency to chew on pencils, pens, straws, you name it. I'm constantly gnawing on things without even realizing it. My teachers are always scolding me about having pencil shavings and germsaround my mouth. It's an unconscious nervous habit I've had since I was really little. Not only is it gross, but I go through SO MANY pencils because I end up biting through them! I need to be more aware and break this weird habit. Maybe I could try squeezing a stress ball instead when I get the urge to chew.So there you have it - some of my good habits that are helping me along, as well as some bad habits that I definitely need to work on kicking. I'm still a kid working on building my habits and routine. But I can already see how important it is to keep practicing the positive ones while trying to overcome the negative ones that hold me back. Hopefully by middle school and high school, I'll have it more figured out! Habits might seem small, but they add up in major ways, for better or for worse.篇4My Good and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Emily and I'm a 6th grader. Today, I'm going to tell you all about my good habits and bad habits. Everybody has habits, right? Some of them are good and some of them are bad. Let me start with the good ones! One of my really good habits is that I always brush my teeth twice a day - once in the morning after breakfast and once atnight before going to bed. My mom and dad have taught me since I was little that brushing your teeth is super important for keeping your mouth clean and healthy. I use a soft-bristled toothbrush and my favorite minty toothpaste. I make sure to brush for at least two minutes each time, scrubbing all my teeth on the front, back, and top. Sometimes I even brush my tongue too to get rid of any yucky germs! Having clean teeth makes me feel fresh and confident.Another great habit of mine is reading books every single day. I'm a total bookworm! After I finish my homework, I love to snuggle up in a cozy spot and get lost in a good book. Reading helps me learn new words, explore different worlds, and use my imagination. My favorite books are fantasy stories with brave heroes, mythical creatures, and epic adventures. Sometimes I stay up way past my bedtime because I just can't put the book down until I finish it! My parents have to remind me that I need my sleep for school. Oops! Now let me tell you about one of my bad habits. I have a really hard time cleaning my room and keeping it organized. My room is almost always a huge mess with clothes, toys, and books scattered everywhere. I just never feel like taking the time to put things away properly. Instead, I just toss stuff on the floor orshove it under my bed. My mom gets so frustrated with me and is always nagging me to clean up. I know I should listen to her, but I just find cleaning my room to be so boring and tedious. Maybe I'll try to be better about it...eventually!Another bad habit I have is procrastinating on my homework. I'll come home from school and immediately want to watch TV, play video games, or hang out with my friends. Homework is the last thing on my mind! Before I know it, bedtime rolls around and I haven't done any of my assignments. Then I'm forced to rush through it all in the morning before the school bus comes. I end up doing a sloppy, half-effort job just to get it done. This bad habit has gotten me into trouble with my teachers a few times for turning in late or incomplete work. I really need to work on managing my time better and doing my homework as soon as I get home from school. No more procrastinating! So those are some of my good habits and bad habits. Having good habits like brushing my teeth and reading helps me stay healthy, learn, and be responsible. My bad habits like messiness and procrastination often get me into trouble though. I'll definitely keep trying to break those bad habits while keeping up the good ones. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading my essay. Letme know if you can relate to any of my habits in the comments below!篇5Here's an essay about my good and bad habits, written in English from the perspective of a 6th-grade student (around 2000 words):My Good and Bad HabitsHi there! My name is Alex, and I'm a 6th-grade student. Today, I want to share with you some of my good habits and bad habits. We all have things we do that are good for us, and things we do that aren't so good. It's important to recognize both so we can work on improving ourselves.Let's start with the good habits! One of my best habits is reading every day. I love getting lost in a good book and discovering new worlds and characters. Reading helps me learn new words, improves my imagination, and makes me a better writer too. Whenever I have some free time, you'll find me curled up with a book.Another good habit of mine is staying active and playing sports. I'm on the school soccer team, and I also enjoy swimmingand riding my bike. Exercise keeps me healthy, helps me sleep better at night, and is a great way to make friends and have fun. Even on days when I don't feel like being active, I try to at least go for a walk or do some jumping jacks. One habit that I'm proud of is being organized. I always make sure to write down my homework assignments and test dates in my planner. I also try to keep my backpack and bedroom neat and tidy. Being organized helps me feel less stressed and makes it easier to find what I need. Now, let's talk about some of my bad habits. One of my worst habits is procrastinating. Sometimes, even though I know I have a big project or test coming up, I'll put off studying or working on it until the last minute. This usually leads to me feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and the quality of my work isn't as good as it could be. I really need to work on starting things earlier and not leaving everything until the end.Another bad habit of mine is snacking too much on unhealthy foods. I love chips, cookies, and candy, and it's hard for me to resist them. While it's okay to have treats sometimes, eating too many sugary and salty snacks isn't good for my health or my energy levels. I need to be better about choosing healthier snack options like fruits and vegetables. One more bad habit I have is staying up too late. I often find myself scrolling through social media or watching videos way past my bedtime. This makes it hard for me to wake up in the morning and can leave me feeling tired and grumpy. I know I need to be better about setting a firm bedtime and sticking to it.As you can see, I have a mix of good and bad habits just like everyone else. The key is to recognize which habits are helpful and which ones need to be improved upon. I'm going to keep working on my good habits like reading, being active, and staying organized. And I'll also focus on breaking my bad habits of procrastinating, snacking too much on junk food, and staying up late. We're all works in progress, and it's okay to have habits we want to change. The important thing is to keep trying and never give up on becoming the best version of ourselves. If we're aware of our habits and make an effort to improve, we can achieve great things. Thanks for reading about my habits! I hope this essay has inspired you to think about your own good and bad habits too. Remember, every day is a chance to start fresh and make positive changes. Keep up the good habits and work on those pesky bad ones. You've got this!。

My teacher says getting homework done early helps reinforce what we learned in class that day. My name is Tommy and I'm going to tell you about some of my good habits and bad habits. First up, the good habits! One really good habit I have is brushing my teeth twice a day without fail. Every morning after breakfast and every night before bed, I spend a full two minutes brushing my teeth. I move the toothbrush in little circles on each tooth to get them super clean and fresh. Mommy says this good habit will help prevent cavities and keep my smile bright and healthy. Sometimes it's a little boring to brush for two whole minutes, but I try to make it fun by singing songs in my head.Another excellent habit I've developed is keeping my room tidy and organized. I make my bed every morning, put away my toys and books when I'm done using them, and hang up my clothes instead of leaving them on the floor. My mom doesn't even have to nag me about cleaning up anymore! Having an orderly room makes me feel calm and in control. It's so much easier to find things when there's no clutter too. Whenever I get ready for school in the morning, everything is right where I need it.A good habit that really helps me at school is raising my hand to speak instead of shouting out. I'll admit, it can be super tempting to just blurt out the answer when I know it, especially if I'm really excited. But I know that raising my hand and waiting to be called on is the right thing to do. It shows respect for myteacher and lets them stay in control of the classroom. My teachers always compliment me on having such great classroom manners. Those are some of my best good habits, but I definitely have some bad habits too that I need to work on. Want to hear about those? One of my biggest bad habits is biting my nails. I can't help it - whenever I get nervous, bored, or just out of habit, my fingers go straight to my mouth. My parents are always telling me to stop because it looks bad and can spread germs. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it! I've tried putting bandages on my fingers and even that gross-tasting nail polish to prevent nail biting, but nothing seems to work. Overcoming this bad habit is one of my goals.Another bad habit I have is procrastinating on big homework assignments or projects. I'll put them off until the very last minute, rushing to get everything done right before the due date. This leads to a lot of stress and sometimes incomplete or sloppy work. I really need to get better at pacing myself and breaking up big tasks over several days instead of leaving it all for one night of crazy cramming. Maybe I can ask my parents to help me make a schedule. My final bad habit is a tough one - I tend to interrupt people when they're talking, especially if I have something really important or exciting to say. I just can't contain myself sometimes! But I know it's rude to not let others finish their thoughts. No one likes being interrupted constantly. My grandma says this bad habit makes me seem impatient and disrespectful of others. I need to practice listening better and waiting my turn to speak, even if I'm bursting to blab.So there you have it - some of my good habits that I'm proud of and want to keep up, along with some bad habits that could use some improvement. Everyone has things they need to work on, right? The important thing is being aware of your habits, good and bad, and making an effort every day. I'm going to really focus on biting my nails less, procrastinating less on homework, and interrupting others less often. Wish me luck! I'll keep brushing my teeth, cleaning my room, and raising my hand though - those good habits are here to stay. Thanks for reading about my habits!篇4My Good and Bad HabitsHi there! I'm a 6th grader and today I'm going to tell you all about some of my good habits and bad habits. Get ready for a super fun ride!First up, let's talk about my good habits. One really great habit I have is reading every single night before bed. I just love diving into an awesome book and exploring new worlds and adventures through the pages. Reading helps me wind down after a long day and it's like a little escape from reality into something magical. My parents are always so proud of me for making reading a nightly routine rather than just zoning out on my phone or watching TV.Another awesome habit of mine is staying active and playing sports. I'm on my school's soccer team and I never miss practice. It's so much fun running around with my friends, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Playing soccer helps keep me fit and healthy. It's also taught me discipline, hard work, and good sportsmanship. Win or lose, I always have a blast! During theoff-season, I make sure to go for bike rides, take my dog on long walks, or shoot some hoops to stay in shape. Now for the bad habits...to be totally honest, I can be a super picky eater sometimes. I really don't like trying new foods, especially anything green or veggie-related. My parents arealways trying to get me to taste new healthy dishes but I'll usually just turn up my nose. I know it's not a good habit and I'm missing out on so many tasty foods. But old habits die hard I guess! Maybe I'll be more adventurous with my eating as I get older.Another not-so-great habit is that I can be a major procrastinator when it comes to big homework assignments or studying for tests. Instead of working on a project little by little, I'll typically just keep putting it off until the very last minute. Then I'm up late at night cramming and stressing out. I really need to work on my time management skills and stop leaving things to the last second. My teachers are always getting onto me about procrastinating. Oops! Finally, I have to admit that I can be a little bit of a slob around the house sometimes. My mom is constantly nagging me to clean up my room, put away my clothes, and tidy up after myself. I just hate cleaning and it's so easy for me to let the mess build up. But then I get overwhelmed trying to tackle the giant pile of clutter. I really need to get better about doing a few little chores each day so it doesn't become a huge mess. Baby steps!Well, there you have it - the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to my habits! I'm still a work in progress for sure, but I'm pretty proud of the good habits I've built like reading and exercising. As for the bad habits, I'll just keep on trying to improve little by little. Wish me luck! Thanks for reading all about my habits. Being a 6th grader sure does keep me on my toes!篇5Here's an essay about good and bad habits written in English with a tone suitable for a 6th grade student, approximately 2000 words long:My Good and Bad HabitsHello friends! Today I want to talk about some of my good habits and bad habits. We all have habits, don't we? Some of them are good for us, and some of them are not so good. Let me tell you about mine.First, let's start with my good habits. One of my best habits is reading books every day. I just love getting lost in a good story! Reading helps me learn new words and facts. It also sparks my imagination and creativity. Whenever I'm feeling bored or restless, I grab a book and start reading. Before I know it, I'm transported to another world filled with adventure and excitement!Another good habit of mine is staying active and exercising regularly. I try to play sports or go for a jog every day after school. Exercise keeps me healthy, energetic, and in a great mood. It's also a lot of fun! My favorite sports are soccer, basketball, and swimming. Sometimes my friends and I have races or competitions to see who can run the fastest or do the most push-ups. We always have a blast! Now, let me share one of my bad habits with you. I have a really hard time waking up early in the morning. I just love sleeping in! Even though I set my alarm clock, I often hit the snooze button over and over again. This bad habit makes me rush around in the morning, and sometimes I'm late for school. I know I need to work on getting to bed earlier so I can wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day.Another bad habit of mine is snacking on junk food. I have a huge sweet tooth, and I can't resist candy, cookies, and chips. I know these foods aren't very healthy, but they taste so good! Whenever my parents buy treats, I tend to overindulge and eat way too much. This bad habit can lead to stomachaches, weight gain, and even cavities in my teeth. I really need to practice more self-control and moderation when it comes to sweets and salty snacks. One more bad habit I want to mention is procrastinating on my homework assignments. I often wait until the last minute to start my projects or study for tests. This bad habit causes me a lot of stress and anxiety. I end up rushing to get everything done, and sometimes the quality of my work suffers. I know I should start working on my assignments as soon as I get them, but I always seem to find excuses to put them off until later. Procrastination is definitely something I need to work on overcoming.Well, those are some of my good and bad habits. As you can see, I have quite a mix of positive and negative habits. I'm really proud of my good habits like reading and exercising, but I know I need to work on improving my bad habits too. Habits can be hard to break, but I'm determined to keep working on developing better ones. After all, our habits shape who we are and how we live our lives. What about you? What are some of your good and bad habits? I'd love to hear all about them! Maybe we can encourage and motivate each other to keep up the good habits and break the bad ones. Let's work together to build healthy, positive habits that will serve us well for years to come!。
