然而,我国目前仅有少数地区刚刚解决了电力紧张的问题,大部分地区和大城市还面临着电力供应紧张的迫切问题,供电质量更是不能得到保证。
但即使是在早已实现电气现代化的美国和其它发达国家,电网的质量也是非常重要的。
由于电网本身的问题与各种偶然因素的作用,电压浪涌,电磁噪声,持续电压偏高,持续低压等电网不良现象在发达国家也是时有发生,甚至还可能发生短时间停电。
来自电网的不良因素还有,电源电压瞬时或长时间的下陷、浪涌和中断;电源频率的漂移和不稳;电源输入波形畸变;各种尖峰干扰和噪音等等。
这一切对于高精度的敏感仪器和不能中断的设备来说是非常有害的。
因此研发一种可靠的电源就显得尤其重要,而UPS是一种很好的电力资源,UPS起始是单纯的作为一种备用电源,但现在已经发展成为一种具备稳压、稳频、抗电磁和射频干扰、抗电压浪涌等功能的电力保护系统。
因此对UPS电源的研究是顺应社会发展的趋势,而后备式UPS 电源发展的较早,技术相对比较成熟,而且具有结构简单、经济实惠、安全可靠等优点而在社会上应用的比较广泛,所以对后备式UPS的研究就显得尤为重要。
本文首先对当前UPS的所有形式进行分析、综合,在其基础上确定了主电路拓补结构,并提出了一套基于SPWM控制的单相后备式UPS电源的设计方案。
在此基础上本文采用模块化的设计方法,先将其分成几个功能模块,然后按照一定的次序,对各个功能模块进行分析论证,并针对本文研究课题筛选出一套适合本文要求的方案。
在对各个功能模块进行筛选的过程中,本文对各个功能模块的特点及其发展进行详细的介绍。
与此同时,本文还通过一定的算法根据本文的要求计算选择功能电子元器件。
最后,文章还对UPS各种辅助电路的设计进行了全面的描述,并详细的分析了各个电路组成、功能与工作原理。
