从这个语境中可以看出，孩子们在欣赏照片，进而讨论照片上的内容。

显然，内容是关键信息，照片是谁拍的、什么时候拍的、这些这不是关键信息。

课文中运用There is /are…来说明照片上的内容。

“there”引导的是一种特殊的句子，表示“有…”放在句首的there 看似是主语，而真正的主语却在后面。

这是学生第一次接触到There be的句型结构。
