Warm-up (5 minutes)。

To start the lesson, gather the students in a circle

and play a quick game of "Simon Says" using finger

movements. For example, "Simon says touch your thumb to

your pinky finger," "Simon says wiggle all of your

fingers," etc. This will help the students warm up their

fingers and get them ready for the activities ahead.

Finger Exercise Activities (40 minutes)。

1. Finger Painting。

Provide each student with a piece of paper and a few

different colors of finger paint. Show them how to dip

their fingers into the paint and create different shapes

and patterns on the paper using their fingers. Encourage

them to use different fingers to create different effects.

2. Threading Beads。

Give each student a handful of large, colorful beads

and a piece of string. Show them how to thread the beads

onto the string using their fingers. This activity will

help them develop their hand-eye coordination and fine

motor skills.

3. Cutting with Safety Scissors。

Provide each student with a pair of safety scissors and

a few pieces of paper. Show them how to hold the scissors

with their thumb and index finger and cut along the lines

on the paper. This activity will help them improve their

hand strength and coordination.

4. Playdough Fun。

Give each student a small ball of playdough and

encourage them to use their fingers to roll, pinch, and

shape the playdough into different forms. This activity

will help them develop their finger strength and dexterity.

5. Finger Exercise Flashcards。

Show the students a series of flashcards with different

finger exercise instructions in English, such as "touch

your thumb to your index finger," "wiggle all of your

fingers," "make a fist," etc. Encourage the students to

follow the instructions and perform the finger exercises as

directed.

Movement Activity (10 minutes)。

Play some upbeat music and encourage the students to

dance and move around the room, using their fingers to make

different gestures and movements. This will help them to further develop their hand-eye coordination and fine motor

skills in a fun and engaging way.

Cool Down (5 minutes)。

To end the lesson, gather the students in a circle and

have them take deep breaths while stretching their fingers

and hands. This will help them relax and cool down after

the finger exercise activities.

interactive finger exercises for preschoolers to help them

develop their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

By engaging in these activities, students will improve
