3.震度---五级以上(80 Gal以上)：
ERC报告(Again)!各位同仁请注意，目前厂内发生五级地震警报，请二厂厂区所有人员立即由就近的安全门疏散至东侧警卫室前方指定地点集合；厂务人员疏散至南侧平面停车场集合。各区设备及厂务人员尽速关闭所有供气、供酸系统及非紧急逃生用途电源，然后尽速至指定地点集合，并将结果告知ERC (Again!)。
四.不明异味处理广播词：
1.二个区域以上之异味,对人体尚无立即危害(二级状况)：
ERC报告(Again!)发生原因不明的异味，请的同仁疏散至安全走道，等待进一步通知，FAB内所有值班制程及设备工程师请尽速检查机台状况，并回报ERC。(Again!)
2.二个区域以上之异味,对人体有立即危害(三级状况)：
1.空气污染三级状况(所产生之废气具毒性，且扩散至全厂区)：
※状况处理与异味三级状况相同。
ERC报告(Again!)发生异味，请的同仁疏散至餐厅，等待进一步通知，FAC所有值班工程师请立即至DCS Room集合。(Again!)
2.解除警报：
ERC报告(Again!)异味已排除，现场经ERT确认已无安全上的顾虑，请的同仁返回工作岗位，继续安心工作。(Again!)
2.漏水三级状况：
ERC报告(Again!)内发生严重漏水意外，请FAB内同仁疏散至安全走道，等待进一步通知；请各区设备及厂务人员尽速至ERC集合(Again!)。
3.解除警报：
ERC报告(Again!)漏水状况已处理完成，现场经ERT确认已无安全上的顾虑，请
的同仁返回工作岗位，继续安心工作。(Again!)
ERC报告(Again!)发生火灾，火势已扩大不易控制，请部值班设备工程师尽速至事故现场救灾，FAB内所有值班设备及制程工程师请立即至ERC集合。为避免发生危险，请FAB内非救灾人员立即疏散至餐厅，等待进一步通知。(Again!)

消防应急疏散广播规范用语Fire emergency evacuation broadcast1、各位业主请注意，现在x号楼x单元发生火警，起火部位是x层x房间。

现场火情已在控制中，为确保您们的安全，请大家不要惊慌，在工作人员的指引下，有序地通过疏散楼梯撤离到安全地带，疏散时不要拥挤，优先照顾好老人、孩子和妇女，疏散时不要乘坐电梯，谢谢。

Attention please, a fireemergency has been reported at No.X, Unit X, and the location is happenedat Room X of X/F. The emergency is now under control, please be calm and do not panic. Please follow the instruction of our staff and evacuate via staircases to the assembly point in an orderly manner, do notpush and give preferential treatment to the elder, children and women. 当门被堵住，门把手卡住，舱外有火、烟、水，乘务员面向客舱双臂封住舱门时的指挥。以及门已打开，但无滑梯的情况下，乘务员面向外双手抓住门边把手时的指挥；

遇到无计划的应急撞击时；
