而“苏州教师培训网”组织的教师在线培训给我们提供了这么一个进步的契机。

这一次ppt的培训非常的实用，因为ppt在我们的教学中必不可少。

以往我对ppt课件的制作停留于最基本的阶段，制作技巧的缺乏使得制作出来的.课件简单、粗糙，很多设想无法实现。

而这一次的学习让我收获良多，接触到了很多以前不太用到的ppt知识。

课程内容由简到难，涉及的都是我们经常要用的一些操作，比如怎么插入视频和flash动画，关于触发器的应用，这些都是常见常用的，而且老师还教了我们更多的方法，让我们的课件做的更精美一些。

以前用上课的课件大部分就是课文内容的重复，顶多再加几张图片，加几首歌曲。

本次培训，我学会了如何将多张小图片放于同一个页面，点击小图片后显示满屏的大图片，点击大图片后又返回小图页面；学会了如何在页面上播放歌曲，并显示歌词内容；学会了如何在页面上插入视频，插入flash;更是接触到了触发器这个以前从未听说过的名词……所有的这一切都会使得我制作的ppt更加好看，更加实用。

在完成作业的过程中，通过实际操作，一些基础的功能在头脑中愈加牢固，一些不常用然而又很重要的功能在头脑中愈加清晰，使所学的知识更加巩固。

微课录制是我第一次接触到，很新颖，虽然录制起来要颇费一番唇舌和耗费一些时间但感觉这很有用。

通过自己录制微课，让我知道了这种流行在网络中的“微型课程”的魅力所在。

设想如果把微课这种新技术应用于课外的教学辅导，把课堂上的教学重点、难点制作成微课，让家长或学生通过上网下载，在家观看学习，一定能取得很好的教学效果。

对于一名老师而言也是非常有益的，平时不可避免的会上一些公开课，学会了如何制作微课，以后在上公开课之前，可以自己先录制一下，听听，看看哪里需要改进的。

相信以上学习到的内容会对自己的工作有一定的促进作用。
