简 介吴忠仪表有限责任公司作为国内最大的调节阀生产厂家,于2001年在与中国石油华油天燃气有限公司就重大装备国产化进行合作。
2002年A2000轴流阀的研制、开发取得重大突破,并率先在陕京输气管线北京衙门口末站投入两台DN500 ANSI400,经过3年的完善开发过程,已形成了系列化的产品,在西气东输二线东段(中卫—广州)的十二个分输站、陕京输气管线河北涿州、石家庄天燃气城市首站、江苏金坛港华、重庆燃气集团等燃气管道项目中得到了全面的应用。
目前已有超过50台于各管道项目中服务。
A2000轴流式调节阀一、产品概述A2000轴流式调节阀是一种完全压力平衡式套筒调节阀。
具有呈流线型并均匀对称的自由流通路径,降低了流体局部高速流、紊流、喷射流等的冲击,提高了阀门的稳定性,该阀可广泛适用于天燃气、液化气、原油、成品油及液化化工品等管道输送流体的压力、流量调节。
即使在压缩机出口也既能解决容量的问题又能使控制的稳定性得到改善,不仅如此,连产生的噪音都有效地减小了。
A2000轴流阀的主要特点如下:- 阀芯是完全压力平衡式的,流体介质均匀通过流量套筒,介质对阀芯的动态作用力及阀门两侧的压差对执行机构操作力的影响几乎何以忽略不计,即使大口径的阀在高压降条件下,也可以用较小的执行机构对其进行操作。
- 阀体内腔是直通流线型的,阀芯与阀体的同心的运动方式将振动、干扰流、冲蚀等能量的转化变成最小,降低了能量转化产生的振动和噪音,同时也减小了流动阻力。
- 更大的容量可以用来减少阀门的压力降,同时使阀门具有更好的控制性能、更强的噪音抑制能力、或为今后的工艺变动提供更大的操作空间。
- 密封系统由软硬双层结构组成。
软密封可达到气泡级密封,即使软密封遭到破坏,硬密封也可达到Ⅴ级密封。
使用于燃气管线中硬密封也可以作为一种防火结构。
-阀内组件经过渗氮处理,具有抗冲刷、耐磨损等特点。
