定语从句用法〔上〕定语从句在句中相当于一个形容词。
起定语的作用,修饰说明名词、代词或主句的全部或局部内容。
定语从句一般放在被修饰的词语之后,由关系代词或关系副词引导。
〔一〕关系代词引导的定语从句1.关系代词who 表示“人〞。
〔1〕在句中作主语。
The girl who is standing over there is her sister. 站在那边的女孩是她妹妹。
The foreigners who visited our city will leave for Beijing tomorrow. 参观了我们城市的外国人明天动身去北京。
〔2〕作宾语,这时还可以用whom替代。
