下午四点，我准时来到了联大的303教室。

首先，每个人得到一个棒棒糖。

在万圣节这一天，人们最主要的庆祝方式是：1、制作南瓜灯。

2、孩子们提着袋子挨家挨户串门，说：“trick or treat，money or eat.”意思是：不款待就捣乱，给钱还是吃的!于是大人们就会把准备好的零用钱或糖果放在他们的口袋里。

“今天我们就来体验一下，好不好?”老师问。

最后进行最重要的一项：制作jack-o"-lantern(南瓜灯)。

老师给每人发了一个桔黄色的小南瓜，然后由外教带领我们制作。

我先用铅笔在小南瓜上画出它的眼睛、鼻子和嘴巴。

我画的是可爱型的，咧着嘴巴在哈哈大笑，还有一双眯成一条线的眼睛。

形状画好了，就开始刻南瓜了。

我用刻刀对着眼睛的轮廓一刀扎了下去，可是因为南瓜太硬了，没有扎透。

抱歉，小南瓜，我于是把刀从南瓜“肚子”里拔出来，然后瞄准好位置，使出全身力气，这回终于扎透了。

沿着画好的轮廓扎几刀，用力一拔，眼睛部分就掏空了。

按照这样的方法，我依次掏空了另一只眼睛和嘴巴。

唉，只是南瓜太坚硬了，我有次差点扎住手，看来制作南瓜灯真是不容易啊!功夫不负有心人，经过一个小时的精心打磨雕刻，我的南瓜灯终于完成了。

它看上去很开心，好像在感谢我“创造”了它呢!老师给每人发了一根小蜡烛，我把蜡烛点燃，放进小南瓜被掏空的“肚子”了，桔黄色的温暖灯光立刻照亮了小南瓜。
