Q/LH 04—2006液压过滤器1 范围本标准规定了液压过滤器(以下简称过滤器)的术语和定义、分类与型号说明、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以液压油液为工作介质的各类液压过滤器,使用其它液体为工作介质的液压过滤器可参考本标准。
ISV系列管路吸油过滤器即:Suction line filter该过滤器系由铝合金外壳,滤芯,旁通阀及目测发讯器和电发讯器构成的轻质而坚固的带壳吸油过滤器,竖直安装在油箱外的管路上,不影响管路的布置,油箱的尺寸不受过滤器的限制。
该系列过滤器具有以下特点1.带目测发讯器:当滤芯被污染物逐渐堵塞时,目测发讯器观察窗内的红色信号环慢慢上升,当红色信号环上升到最高位置时(观察窗内完全红色),指示滤芯已被污染物堵塞到需清洗或更换的程度了。
清洗或更换滤芯后,按复位按钮,使红色信号环下滑。
2.带电发讯器:当滤芯被污染物堵塞到出油口的真空度为-0.018Mpa时,发讯器内的微动开关,发出开关信号,指示应清洗或更换滤芯,如此时又不能马上停机或无人来更换滤芯,设在过滤器该内的旁通阀会自动开启(开启压力为:真空度-0.02Mpa)。
3.带旁通阀:但滤芯被污染物堵塞到出油口压力(真空度-0.02Mpa)时,旁通阀会自动开启,以避免油泵出现吸空等故障。
型号说明 Model Code技术参数 Technical Data等故障过滤器用污染物堵塞发讯器(一)CS,CMS和CM型压差式:CS型压差式发讯器主要用于管路过滤器。
当液压系统工作时,过滤器中的滤芯因拦截系统中的污染物而逐渐堵塞,进出油口的压力产生压差(即滤芯压力损失)。
当压差值增大至发讯器调定值时,发讯器自动发出信号,指示系统操作人员应清洗或更换滤芯,确保系统安全运行。
1、CS型、CS-IV型发讯器以开关形式对滤油器的堵塞报警,或以开关形式切断与液压系统相关的控制电路,从而保护系统的安全。
CS-III型压差发讯器的连接螺纹为M22X1.5。
CM型压差发讯器的连接尺寸与CS-II及CS-V型相同,可用于国产ZU型和XU型过滤器。
CMS型压差发讯器适用场合与CM型类似,并带有目测指示,CMS-A同CMS型,但无目测指示。
2、CM-I型为目示式压差发讯器,发讯器上端的红色指示按钮突出表示发讯器动作并已报警,当清洗或更换滤芯后应手动将发讯器的红色指示按钮复位,发讯器的连接螺纹为M22X1.5。

Turn on the pump. Set the retentate flow rate(crossflow) to 30–50 mL/min. Adjust pump speed if necessary and measure again. Once the correct flow rateis obtained, note the pump setting for futurereference.3. Flush 150 mL through the retentate tubing.4.
