seem的词义并不难理解：似乎、好像（由外观或气氛等来推断大概是……）。但如果它是连系动词，那么它的搭

配和用法就值得注意了。

一、seem后接形容词或名词（前面常有形容词修饰）。如：

She seems (to be) honest.她似乎是诚实的。

He seems (to be) a fool.他好像是个傻瓜。

His father seems (to be) a kind man.他父亲看起来像是个和善的人。

She seems to be an American.她好像是美国人。(to be不能省略)

二、seem后接动词不定式，即：seem to do / be sth sb。如：
