This agreement is made between Supplier and Agent.The two parties agree as follows:

4.Supplier must only sell the Slaes product to customer through agent，unless there is a written consent from agent。
供方必须通过代理卖此产品给需方，除非有代理的书面许可。
5.Supplier must guarantee that the sales product is of good quality and that the price matches the quantity and market price。
供方需保证产品质量良好，价格符合量价和市价。
6.Agent is obliged to purchase the sales product from supplier only。
代理义务;只能从供方购买此产品。
7.Supplier must share any information received about Customer to Agent immediately。Supplier and Agent share all information related to Customer on the sales product and assist each other in promoting sales。
供方及时与代理共享关于客户相关信息，并且供方与代理需共享关于客户的所有信息以便促进产品销售。
8.Supplier and Agent review the contract one month before termination for a possible renewal。供方和代理需在截至日前前一个月确认是否延期合同。
9.The agent will finish kgs sales target in the 1st year。And the afterwards sales target will be set down between both parties in writing in the beginning of every year。
代理将会在第一年内完成公斤的销售目标，其后的销售目标在每年年初双方书面商定。
