一般疑问句是针对一种事物或情况是否属实而提出疑问的句子，回答时一般用yes或no开头作简略回答。
含有be(am，is，are)动词的陈述句变为一般疑问句时，要把be动词提前，大写第一个字母，句末用问号。
读时通常用升调。
