Mo Y an
Mo Y an is a China contemporary famous writer, whose the original name is Guan Mo ye. He was born in Shandong and now he is The Open University of Hong kong honorary doctor of literature, visiting professor of Qingdao University of Science and Technology .
Classified as " roots literature "author , because since 1980 time he wrote a series of local works , which full of " nostalgia" and " resentment " township of the complex emotions .
His works are deeply effected by magic realism and in his novels we can enjoy the unique structure of the subjective feeling of the world and a powerful and unconstrained style. He shaped the mystical transcendent objects in the world, with a clear " pioneer " color .
He has a lot of representative works, such as Frog, Big Breasts & Wide Hips, Red Sorghum . In 2011 Mo Yan with Frog was awarded the Mao Dun prize for literature. In 2012 Mo Y an won the Nobel Prize in literature. The Nobel Prize in Literature 2012 was awarded to Mo Y an "who with hallucinatory realism merges folk tales, history and the contemporary". It is a supreme honor because in China no one has won the Nobel Prize in literature and he became the first person.

According to media reports, Mo Y an delivered a speech at the end of the dinner , thank the Nobel judges " keep the faith ",and at the same time thank his families for giving supports to him.
