警告：打印头为发热部件，打印过程中和打印刚结束，不要触摸打印头以及周边部件。

1.3F 安全上的注意事项假如漠视下述注意内容，错误使用打印机的话，可能造成打印机损坏。
△ 注 意·如果出现卡纸情况，务必先断电，等待 10 秒钟，让机头冷却下来，才开始除掉塞纸。
·勿将本产品放置在潮湿或多尘的环境中，重压，不能堆放。
1.4F 使用上的注意事项1.4.1纸卷·必须使用符合要求的纸卷（带纸轴）。
勿选用末端被黏合在纸轴上的纸卷，否则打印机便无法正确测出纸卷末端，也可能对打印机构造成损害。
不要长时间打印数据。
第2章 操作说明2.1开机持续按住电源开关（面板左键）3秒钟，电源打开。
工作状态指示灯闪亮。
少于3秒钟电源不动作。
2.2关机在开机状态，按压电源开关（面板左键）3秒钟，电源关闭，工作状态指示灯熄灭。
少于3秒钟电源不动作。
2.3走纸按压走纸键（面板右键），按下开始进纸，放开停止进纸。
自检在关机状态下按压走纸键（面板右键），然后开机，可以打印自检2.4设置参数在关机状态下按下设置键（中间键），然后开机，可进入设置菜单，打印如下内容：1.Setup Infrared（设置红外）2.Setup 232（设置232串口）3.Print Direction（改变方向）4.Gray Adjust（改变灰度）5.Poweroff（关电源）6.Font&Codepage（选择字体或字符集）这时再按住设置键不放可听到咔哒声，当听到“咔哒”声响的次数与要选择的项目前标号数一致时松开按键，即进入该选项。

虽然打印机可以在-10℃到50℃稳定工作，但过高的环境温度（45℃）或过低的环境温度（5℃）会导致打印质量降低。
过高的环境湿度（85％相对湿度以上）或过低的环境湿度（20％相对湿度以下）会导致打印质量降低。
使用劣质的打印纸或存放时间过长的打印纸可能造成打印质量降低，甚至损坏打印机。
打印机在黑标检测方式下工作时（打印印有黑标的预印刷票据时），要求预印刷在打印纸上的黑标符合黑标印刷规范（详见4.2 黑标检测说明），否则可能导致打印机无法准确检测黑标。
打印机在充电前尽量将电池电量用完后再充电，这样可以有效地保证电池的使用寿命。
存放注意事项打印机需存放在温度在-20℃到70℃、相对湿度在5％到95％的环境中。
如果长时间存放打印机，请务必取出打印机中的电池单独存放，否则可能导致电池失效、甚至漏液，进而损坏打印机。
普通热敏打印纸的存放时间较短，如果要打印需长期保存的单据，请选用长效热敏打印纸。
打印纸不要放在高温或阳光直射的地方储存，如果已经拆封，请放在避光的地方保存。

第三章使用方法3.1 使用前的准备3.1.1 电池安装1、将皮带扣向上捌起,电池盖打开，打开电池仓盖。
2、如图所示，将电池放入电池仓，注意不要将电池正负极装反；3、然后合上电池仓盖。
使用方法1、用手指向上推开盖按钮，稍许用力打开纸仓盖；2、如图将纸卷放入纸仓，注意纸的方向，如果放反，将导致无法打印；3、如图拉出部分纸卷，注意要将纸卷拉出纸仓外；4、将纸卷摆正后，合上顶盖。
3.2 基本功能使用3.2.1 开机关机状态下，按下电源键【POWER】2秒，打印机开机并进入工作状态，电源指示灯(红灯)亮。
注意：如果打印机功能指示灯(蓝灯)闪烁并且不缺纸，表示打印机的电量即将耗尽，如要继续使用，请尽快更换电池或充电。
充电方法参见3.2.5 充电。
3.2.2 关机开机状态下，按下电源键【POWER】持续2秒，打印机关机，所有指示灯熄灭。
3.2.3 自检用户拿到打印机后，可以随时对打印机进行自检，以检测打印机当前的设置和状态。
自检的方法如下：关机（如果打印机处于开机状态的话），然后按住走纸键【FEED】，再按电源【POWER】键开机，打印机即会打印出自检页，自检页中包含当前打印机的状态及打印机设置和打印的范例。
3.2.4 走纸（手动进纸）打印机在正常工作状态下，按下走纸键【FEED】，打印机开始走纸,，走纸50mm 米后停止走纸。
用户可以根据需要通过计算机上的专用软件MPT-III_CONFIG修改走纸长度。
当走纸长度设为0时，必须一直按住【FEED】按键打印机才走纸，松开【FEED】按键打印机停止走纸。
如果打印纸上印刷有本打印机认可的黑标，当打印机走到黑标处时，打印机即会自动停止走纸。
如果走纸长度被设为0，打印机走纸不受黑标影响。
3.2.5 充电打印机在使用一段时间后，打印机电池的电量会消耗光，当打印机电池的电量已经接近用完时，打印机的功能指示灯(蓝灯)会闪烁，同时打印机会发出报警声，此时用户要准备充电了，如果打印机在打印过程中自动关机了，用户如要继续使用，就必须充电。
充电的方法如下：将充电器的市电插头插入220V、50HZ的电源插座，然后将充电插头插入打印机的充电插座，打印机就开始充电，充电过程中，打印机的充电指示灯(蓝灯)会变闪烁，直到电池电量充满，充电指示灯熄灭。
在充电过程中，可以正常使用打印机。
3.3 打印连接及打印3.3.1 串口连接打印机的可选附件中含有DB-9串口线（另一端接打印机，为MINI DIN插头）。
3.3.2 原始红外和IrDA连接MPTI-III可以使用红外数据通讯技术与您的设备进行数据通讯。
红外数据通讯技术是红外数据协会（IrDA）开发并发展起来的一项用红外光作为通讯数据载体的一种无线数据通讯技术。
使用方法红外（IR）端口作为无线数据传输接口，因其功耗低、技术成熟、使用方便等等诸多原因现在为大多数便携式设备作为数据通讯的主要手段。
大部分的便携式设备都有红外（IR）端口，比如所有的WINCE掌上电脑、PALM掌上电脑、笔记本电脑，一部分手机、大部分便携式数据采集器，以及一小部分用于野外作业的测量仪器。
MPTI-II打印机的硬件兼容IrDA1.1规范，IrCOMM协议是IrDA协议的一个子协议，它在很多便携设备上得到使用。
原始红外数据通讯方式可以与带原始红外接口的设备连接打印。
IrCOMM方式可以和带IrCOMM协议的设备连接打印。
有关IrDA更多的相关知识请访问。
打印机不能同时工作在原始红外状态、VIR或和IrCOMM状态下，如果打印机不是工作在您所需要的状态下，必须对打印机重新设置后才能使用。
设置IR模式的方法参见3.3 打印机设置。
在使用原始红外（RAW-IR）和IrDA（IrCOMM）方式打印时，在打印过程中要将主设备的红外线对准打印机的红外视窗，距离不能超过50厘米（视主设备的不同可能有所区别），角度不能超过30度。
有关原始红外及IrCOMM开发的细节请参考《MPT-III PLUS便携式微型打印机开发手册》，该手册可向您的供应商索取。
3.3.3 蓝牙（Bluetooth）带蓝牙接口的手持终端、笔记本电脑以及其他信息终端可以通过蓝牙接口驱动MPT-III/BL打印。
使用方法1、通过蓝牙托盘（或者在控制面板）右键点击蓝牙图标，选择“添加Bluetooth设备"2、系统在经过一段时间后，显示找到"SPP_B"新设备3、选择”下一步“，选择第三点"输入自己的密码"，输入0000密码，直至添加完成4、完成后系统会显示添加了两个串口，一般第一个为输出端口，第二个为输入端口。
3.4指示灯及蜂鸣信号说明打印机有一个蜂鸣器和两个指示灯用于提示用户打印机的状态，指示灯用于表示打印机目前的状态，蜂鸣器用于提示打印机状态的变化。
两个指示灯分别为功能指示灯和充电指示灯，第四章其他信息4.1 打印机开发手册《MPT-III便携式微型打印机开发手册》是辅助MPT-III打印机开发者开发打印机应用的技术手册，该手册可向您的供应商索取。
该手册包涵了打印机的硬件接口（串行通讯口，红外接口）技术描述、打印控制指令集技术文档、以及其他如如何印刷黑标，使用黑标定位。
4.2 预印刷黑标说明如果用户使用预印刷黑标进行票据定位，印刷黑标时务必遵守以下黑标预印刷规范，否则可能导致打印机无法识别黑标。
