西安交通大学院处函件西交研…2016‟4号关于发布2015版博士研究生学位论文社会评价期刊目录和会议名录的公告根据《西安交通大学关于研究生学位申请的若干规定》（西交研﹝2013﹞23号）文件精神，在2014年1月21日发布的《博士研究生学位论文社会评价期刊目录和会议名录》（西交研﹝2014﹞7号），由各学院广泛听取博士生指导老师和博士研究生反馈意见和建议，各学院学位评定分委员会审议同意后提交，经研究生院组织专家论证，并再次征询学院反馈意见，最终确定了本“期刊目录和会议名录”，现予以公告。

一、“最有学术影响力的国际期刊”和“国际知名学术刊物”采取预先公布期刊目录和事后认定相结合的方式确定。

（1）期刊目录按学科门类分列，分为：理学与工学门类、经济学门类、管理学门类、生物学与医学门类、人文社科门类（包括哲学、法学、教育学、文学和历史学等5个学科门类），每个门类的“最有学术影响力的国际期刊”和“国际知名学术刊物”目录详见附件1-12。

（2）管理学门类1适用于申请管理科学与工程和工商管理的学位论文，管理学门类2适用于申请公共管理的学位论文。

（3）事后认定程序：由博士生本人提出申请，经导师审核签字，所在学院学位评定分委员会会议讨论同意后报研究生院学位与办公室，再由学位办聘请专家评估论证确定，获得认定的期刊将被添加进期刊目录。

二、“高水平国际会议”以预先公布的会议名录为准，会议名录详见附件13。

会议名录按学院分列，一般仅适用于本学院博士学位论文。

三、建筑学权威期刊及重要期刊目录详见附件14，仅适用于建筑学方向的博士学位论文。

四、“国际期刊”是指出版社或出版地在中华人民共和国（含香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区）境外、有ISSN编码、且可以检索到的正式出版物。

五、本“期刊目录和会议名录”自公布之日起施行。

此前刊发或投稿的论文，按有利于申请人的原则予以认定，以论文中注明的收稿日期为依据套用当时公布的期刊目录进行审核。

经济管理学院学术期刊分级目录
一、选刊说明
1、本期刊分级目录选择依据是南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心2007年公布的2008-2009年度CSSCI来源期刊、中国科学引文数据库核心库来源期刊（CSCD）以及国家自然科学基金委管理学部认定的20种管理类重要期刊。

2、学术期刊共分特级、A、B、C、D、E五级，国际学术期刊中，SSCI 和影响因子大于0.65的SCI选录的论文为特级，影响因子小于0.65的SCI和A&HCI核心版选项的论文为A级，EI、ISTP为B级。

中文学术期刊中， A级10种，B级31种，C级67种，共108种。

其他CSSCI 中经济学、管理学类、大学学报类与综合类期刊为D级，非CSSCI的其他省部级以上财经类学术期刊和正式出版的论文集为E级。

3、选刊依据期刊的影响力与学院学科建设方向的吻合度进行遴选。

4、学院教师所发表的学术论文应与符合学院学科特色与方向，或栏目对应。

5、凡被《新华文摘》转载的3000字以上的论文，视同A类刊物奖励；凡在《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《经济日报》理论版发表2000字以上的学术文章，视为国内B类刊物论文；被人大复印资料转载的论文，视为国内C类刊物论文（如原文发表在A类、B类刊物上，不重复计算）。

6、论文必须发表在上述期刊的学术正版上，字数不少于3000字。

7、发表论文的第一署名单位应为内蒙古大学经济管理学院。

第一作者
为导师所指导的硕士、博士研究生，导师为第二作者等同于第一作者。
