汽车行业经常使用英文简称之欧侯瑞魂创作

DRE：Design Release Engineer，设计发布工程师，又名PE，Product Engineer，产品工程师，是汽车行业最罕见技术工种。DRE的叫法源自通用汽车，国内是泛亚汽车最先使用，后来被其他汽车研发中心引用。每个主机厂DRE的工作内容不尽相同，在泛亚，DRE负责产品设计，研发，变动，管理，维护等一切跟产品技术相关的工作。大众汽车对应DRE的称谓是FOP (Father Of

Part),其产品相关性可见一斑。

工作职责

在汽车产品的生命周期中，DRE负责掌控零件开发计划，带领PDT产品开发团队主导零件的设计开发维护工作。具体工作职责包含：产品的定位，开发战略，Benchmark竞品分析，DCS成天职析，撰写SOR并发布，找寻潜在供应商，TA技术能力评估，TR技术方案评审，定点，设计零件，安插零件，发布3D数模和图纸，撰写DFMEA，申请专利，支持供应商交样，发现、接收、解决零件和造车问题，反馈EIR，TIR，输出解决方案，发布设计变动EWO并维护变动进度……直到零件完成OTS工程认可，该把零件重任交付给SQE去做PPAP了，至此DRE可以如释重负地喘一口气，但这其实不料味着就可以撒手不管了，投产和售后的产品设计问题以及对问题的判定（设计问题or质量问题？）依然是DRE不成忽略的工作量。

SQE：即供应商质量工程师（Supplier Quality Engineer）。职责：1、负责包管供应商所供原资料的质量，由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题要及时反馈供应商要求其改善；2、负责追踪确认供应商的改善陈述及实施效果，需要时可进行现场审核检查以及辅导；3、负责制定进货检验部分的检验规范及检验计划，并适时对检验员进行培训指导；4、介入供应商初始样品的评估放行工作；5、每月或每季度，对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求；6、介入新供应商开发与审核，与推销、研发部分一起对新供应商进行考核打分。
