关于和平英语演讲稿1

Good morning,everybody!

Does anybody know what peace is?

Well, let me tell you all about peace.

Peace is morning dew on the soft green grass.Peace is a

pretty flower dancing in the gentle wind,

Peace is the little murmuring brook winding through tall

mountains,

and Peace is a little bird soaring in the deep blue sky

Peace is a cute baby sleeping soundly in a young mother’s

arm.

Peace is the sun.

Peace is the moon.

Peace is the stars.

Peace is you,

Peace is me.

Peace is what we want!

Peace would stop our anger and hatred.

Peace would take away our jealousy and fears.

Peace would calm all our spirits and wipe away our tears.

Peace would bring us love and wisdom.

Peace would link us all together

Boys and girls,

Let us touch the earth and let us touch one another, Lets us love the earth and let us love the peace!

Good luck and bye!

a word that change the world

at thebottom of your heart, cry out freedom

about 4700 years ago,our ancestor huangdi created a new

nation,in eastern asia, from the qin unification to therevolution

led by sun yat-sen in 1911,it has appeared a total of 83 chinese

dynasties。

1949, i think it is a special year that the people could never

forget。japan and germany have announced failure to the world.

so i have questions.

butin 5,000 years, what makes china change,

in1945、what made the fascist fail

inthe long time of the war, what supported the people to

fight the dark。i thinkthe answer is a belief,a power which

named freedom, freedom is a spiritual called hope, is a free

spirit called resistance. but today,i want to know what the

meaning it is for our young people?

eighty years ago, someone taught young: " sacrificing your

personal freedom is to seek free for your country!"but then,a

person mrhu shih had told them: " fighting your personal

freedom is the national freedom struggle!, fighting foryour free

personality, is the free for the country! "but today, wehave forget

it。when we play basketball in the school yard, when we see a

film at home, what do you think?, or“we are still

young?”"there is have more time"ifso,we have given up the

chance to fight freedom for yourself。

a film 《a brave heart》

william wallace said: fight and you may die, run and you'll live. at least a while. and dying in your beds many years from now,

would you be willing to trade all the days from now to that for

one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell your

enemies that they can take our lives, but they'll never take our

freedom?!as we are young,i think the world is a big stage, wetakethe stage, wemust tryourbest to show us no matter

whathappened。yes, everyonewill die, but not everyone really

lives. do you really live, oryou will die alone in the end of your life.

so now, please don’t wait, please don’t waste the valuable

time.

please fight for your dream, please order your ideals, and

from the bottom of your heart , please cry out "freedom".

well, this is not how i expected to wake up this morning. after

i received the news, malia walked in and said, "daddy, you won

the nobel peace prize, and it is bo's birthday!" and then sasha

added: "plus, we have a three-day weekend coming up." so it's

good to have kids to keep things in perspective.

i am both surprised and deeply humbled by the decision of

the nobel committee. let me be clear: i do not view it as a

recognition of my own accomplishments, but rather as an

affirmation of american leadership on behalf of aspirations held

by people in all nations.

to be honest, i do not feel that i deserve to be in the company

of so many of the transformative figures who have been

honoured by this prize – men and women who have inspired me

and inspired the entire world through their courageous pursuit

of peace.

but i also know that this prize reflects the kind of world that

those men and women, and all americans, want to build – a world that gives life to the promise of our founding documents. and i

know that, throughout history, the nobel peace prize has not just

been used to honour specific achievement; it's also been used as

a means to give momentum to a set of causes. and that is why i

will accept this award as a call to action – a call for all nations to

confront the common challenges of the 21st-century.

these challenges can't be met by any one leader or any one

nation. and that's why my administration has worked to establish

a new era of engagement in which all nations must take

responsibility for the world we seek...

some of the work confronting us will not be completed
