For hundreds of years, the moary system of most

countries has been based on the exchange of metal coins and

printed pieces of paper. However, because of recent

developments in technology, the international munity should

consider replacing the entire system of coins and paper

with a system of electronic aounts of credits and debits。

Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the

opinion stated above. Support your views with reasons

and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or

reading。

In my opinion, the system of coins and paper shouldnt

be entirely replaced with a system of electronic aounts of

credits and debts, even though the explosion in technology

is exponential. Though the recent developments in

technology have undoubtedly brought about dramatic changes

in many aspects of the society. They helped put humans on

the moon, totally revised peoples conceptions of space and

time, brought tremendous forts and conveniences to people.

However, we cannot take it for granted that technology

changes everything in our life。

First Of all, the traditional moary system has deeply

rooted in almost all societies. People have long been used

to coins and paper money as a medium of exchange and a standard of value. Even in highly developed countries in

terms of technology like the ones in the European munity,

when they were considering adopting a mon moary system

named Euro at the turn of the 21st century, they continued

in the use of coins and paper and spent a lot of money in

designing and producing them。

civilizations in which loneliness is ever increasing."

Technology, broadly defined as the use of tools, has a long

今年10月，GMAT考试的作文题库有了最新变化，为方便广大GMAT考生，上海新东方国外部GMAT专家特对变化的题目进行总结，把新加的作文题目公布如下，以方便广大GMAT考生。

ARGUEMENT题库变化

ARGUEMENT新题库删去了原来题库中所有的补充题（A1~A34），新增了15题，删去1题（第122题），另外有1道题目（113）略微改变了一下表述（但是意思是完全一样的！！！）。新增题目中第4、6、7、9题其实是1999年题库中被删去的第56、69、71、90题。新增题目如下：

一、开头段（Introduction）

重述题目：用简洁的语言重述题目，并指出自己的立场。

例如：The issue of _____（主题）has been widely debated.

In this essay， I will argue that ____（自己的立场）.

提出背景：介绍与主题相关的背景信息，为下文的论述打下基础。

例如：Recently， there has been increasing concern about

____（主题）due to ____（相关背景）.

二、主体段1（Body Paragraph 1）

提出分论点1：说明支持自己立场的第一个原因或论据。

例如：Firstly， ____（分论点1）.

举例或解释：用具体的例子或解释来支持分论点。 例如：For instance， ____（具体例子或解释）.

三、主体段2（Body Paragraph 2）

提出分论点2：说明支持自己立场的第二个原因或论据。

例如：Secondly， ____（分论点2）.

举例或解释：用具体的例子或解释来支持分论点。

例如：To illustrate this point， ____（具体例子或解释）.

四、主体段3（Body Paragraph 3）

承认对方观点：承认与自己立场相反的观点，并简要说明其合理性。

例如：It is true that some people argue that ____（对方观点）. However， this view is not entirely convincing.

反驳对方观点：用具体的例子或解释来反驳对方观点，并强调自己立场的正确性。

ISSUE的五种题目分析类型

一、因果类

(1)这个因果关系推理中的原因是否成立？

(2)假设这个原因成立，从他能否推出结果？

Whether mutually shared ideas can make people learn more

from each other is quite a personal matter.

It's true that disagreement can cause stress and sometimes

inhibit our learning, and as a result we might learn more from

people whose views we share than from those whose views
