14.Termination:14. 合同终止：a. Termination by Employer: The employer may terminate this Contract on the following justcause: serious misconduct. Willful disobedience of employer’s lawful orders, habitual neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination revealing secrets of establishment, when employee violates customs, traditions, and lows of and/or terms of thi s Agreement. Termination by Employee: The employee may terminate this Contract without serving anynotice to the employer for any of the following just causes: serious insult by the employer or his representative, inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative,commission of a crime/offense by the employer or his representative.Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the Philippines.b. 被雇佣人终止合同：被雇佣人可以如以下正当理由在任何情况下直接终止合同：被雇佣方及其相关人欺凌，雇用人或其相关代表人对被雇佣人的残忍不公的对待，雇用人或其相关代表人的犯罪行为，在以上情况下，雇用人应支付被雇佣人返回菲律宾的费用。
b.1The employee may terminate this contract without just cause by serving one (1) month inadvance notice to the employer. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages. In any case, the employee shall shoulder all expenses relative to his repatriation back to point of origin.b. 无正当理由，被雇佣人需提前1个月通知雇用人，要求终止合同。
雇用人若未收到任何通知，被雇佣人有权要求雇用人承担赔偿责任。
在此种情况下，被雇佣人需承担返回菲律宾的一切费用。
c. Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of illness,disease or injury by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of repatriation.c. 因疾病终止：双方皆可以被雇佣人的疾病、受伤而终止合同。
