Points for Attention
1.This certificate is the certification for the obligee enjoying the house property ownership.
2.The house owner and the interested party can go to the house property registration authority toquery the housing registration book in conformity with legal provisions.
3.The items recorded in the certificate are subjected to those in the housing registration book in case of inconformity ,except there is evidence to prove the housing registration book incorrect.
4.Any other institutions or individuals other than the house property registration authority shall not affix any word or any seal over this certificate.
5.The certificate shall be carefully kept, and in case of being lost or damaged, the owner could apply for reissuing.
注意事项
一、本证是权利人享有房屋所有权的证明。
二、房屋所有权人、利害关系人可到房屋登记机构依法查询房屋登记簿。
三、本证记载的事项与房屋登记簿不一致的，除有证据证明房屋登记簿有错误外，以房屋登记簿为准。
四、除房屋登记机构外，其他单位或个人不得在本证上注记事项或加盖印章。
五、本证应妥善保管，如有遗失、损毁的，可申请补发。
