酸值的测定方法5.1 酸值测定5.1.1 原理中和1g样品中游离的脂肪酸所需要的氢氧化钾毫克数。
5.1.2 试剂和试液a. 95%乙醇;b. 氢氧化钾标准溶液〔c(KOH)=0.05mol/L〕:称取3g氢氧化钾溶于1000mL蒸馏水中,静置一周,取上层清液摇匀,参照 GB 601标定;c.酚酞指示液:1g/L乙醇溶液;d.中性乙醇:以酚酞为指示剂,用氢氧化钾标准溶液(5.1.2b)将95%乙醇(5.1.2a)调至微红色。
5.1.3 试验步骤称取3g样品(准至0.000 2g)于锥形瓶中,加50mL中性乙醇(5.1.2d),在水浴上加热溶解后放至室温,加1滴酚酞指示剂(5.1.2c),用氢氧化钾标准溶液(5.1.2b)滴至微红色,10s不褪色为终点。

酸纯化器(南京瑞尼克科技)酸纯化器:高纯酸蒸馏纯化器,简称酸纯化器.高纯酸蒸馏纯化器是利用热辐射原理,保持液体温度低于沸点温度蒸发,再将其酸蒸气冷凝从而制备高纯水和高纯试剂,广泛应用于样品处理及分析中。
目前市场上的超纯酸由于价格较贵,很难满足日常分析需求,因此提纯优化酸的质量,是最为经济可行的途径。
可以满足ICP、ICP-MS极低的检测限需要及苛刻的分析应用中提供实验室级超纯酸,所用容器均采用Teflon耐腐蚀无吸附塑料,可以处理HNO3、HCL、HF等实验室的常用酸。
实验证明将金属杂质含量约10PPB的酸经过一次蒸馏后,金属杂质含量可以降低到0.01PPB左右。
若对酸要求更高,可增加提纯次数。
