班队课上的很顺利,形式多样,主持人激昂飞扬,舞蹈演员动作娴熟,小品意义深刻,亮点很多,显示出了我选人的准确性。
二、自身成长方面1、虚心听课听课是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法,新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。
所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。
通过听课,我的收获很大,逐步把握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。
听完课之后,把老教师上课时讲到的记在听课记录上,然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改,将优点应用到我的课堂教学当中去。
我大胆的将编题、课堂讨论、随堂批阅等技巧运用到教学中去,收到了很好的效果。
2、积极开设公开课从亮相课到区级新教师研讨课,再到汇报课,我在一次次磨课中逐渐成长,虽然过程很痛苦,但收获却很大,尤其是区新教师研讨课,三名新教师同台竞技,我被评为教学重点抓的好的一位,我的教案设计也得到了听课教师的好评。
我在讲课时充分考虑到借班上课的因素,在课前激励学生,活跃课堂气氛,得到了教研员庄老师的肯定。

At the same time, it can also be quite challenging to keep 8 and 9 year olds engaged and motivated to learn a new language.One of the biggest keys to success that I've found is making English class as interactive, hands-on and fun as possible. When students are having fun and staying active, they barely even realize how much they are learning and absorbing. I always start each class with an energizing game or activity to get their minds and bodies engaged right off the bat.Some favorite warmup games in my class include simple vocabulary review competitions like Around the World or Sparkle. For Around the World, students form two concentric circles facing each other. I call out a vocabulary word and the students across from each other take turns trying to give the translation or definition first. Whoever answers correctly moves ahead one spot in their circle. It's a lively way to get their brains fired up!Sparkle is another fun game where I toss a small stuffed animal or ball to a student, say a vocabulary word, and they have to make a sentence using that word before tossing it to someone else. 1、团结协作的教研组。
我认为一个人所取得成就一定多方面综合作用的成果。
虽然进入红星路小学教研组仅仅一年时间,但是我感觉我们几位老师之间相互协作,相互帮带,已经非常有默契。
例如,联教课时我和贺老师多次在一起磨课,研究教案,制作课件。
彭瑶老师第一次上公开课时,情况不理想,我毫无保留的提出我对这节课的看法,并将我的教案和课件发给她参考,她有一些疑问我们也一起探讨,在轻松的工作氛围中我们共同进步。
2、建立了良好的师生关系。

在处理与学生的关系上,首先,我从称呼上开始,我喜欢学生叫我“Miss余”,我觉得这样会体现英语教师存在感。

小组组长也担任重大责任,一组的英语学习命脉全在组长身上,特别是对于那些没有学习自觉性的学生而言,所以对于组长的培养,也是我教学工作中的一个重要任务。

4、做好备课。
先是集体备课,在英语我们经常相互学习,一起探讨每个单元的每节课的上法,甚至小到一个单词的读音的切磋,大到整个学期的的教学计划,我们在共同的讨论中都受益匪浅。
除了教学上的相互切磋,我觉得在集备上,我学到更多的是别人老师的经验,把握正确的方向。
其次是自己的备课,我的教案,从来都是可以参考以前的备课教案,但从不照搬照抄,因为我现在感觉虽然教的课一样,但每一轮教学的经验和心得不同,学生不同,备出的课也会不同,所以我再忙也会抽出时间备好第二天的新课,整理自己情绪,充分贴切的将自己的性格融入课堂,争取每节课都精神饱满。
5、注重课堂上活跃的氛围。
首先,老师要有饱满的热情,满怀激情地走进教室,要感染学生,激发学生的情感,使课堂气氛活跃,以达到事半功倍的效果。
当然如果一节课一严到底学生会感到很压抑,久而久之便会对你的课堂失去兴趣,甚至还会产生抵触的心理,那就根本谈不上学习效果。
在英语中,高年级的语法课是很枯燥的,所以我在讲解语法时,尽量是深入浅出,比如,讲动词单三形式时,学生不知道为啥用does变问句和否定句时动词要重新变为原形,我就说does是照妖镜,一照动词都要变回原形,学生就印象深刻,立刻明白。
五年级讲基数词和序数词时,我就上网搜一些顺口溜再做一些改编,让学生更加自然、轻松、愉快的学习知识。
在讲解词汇用法时,我一般都是拿班上的学生举例,比如:讲be afraid of 时,我举例:我们很害怕周老师。
学生都连连点头,积极举手回答问题,因为我是以真人真事举例,学生都印象深刻,也感觉不那么枯燥无味了。
再比如说,我经常会拿一些网络语言与他们交流。
例如五年级有个男生非常喜欢插嘴,我就会盯着他说:能不能安安静静地做个美男子。
有时我讲到重点内容时,我会对学生说:重要的事情说三遍。
然后请他们连读3遍,所以我的课堂大多数情况下是很活跃的。
6、落实背诵和作业。
英语学科,即使老师课堂教学在出色,也只有40分钟时间,课后的背诵如果不落实,还是很难出成绩,这一点是我们老师的共识,也是最辛苦和让人无奈的事情。
我们学校有些孩子基本上都是在托管班学习,不太重视英语学习。
我来检查他们每天的落实、每人的落实也不现实,所以我每次上课会选取一部分同学抽查背诵,其他的同学由组长负责。
关于作业,我每次批改都是将全对的作业和有错的作业分开摆放,为了督促他们订正,我专门用本子登记不合格的人名单,作业讲解完后,我会对照名单一个个检查和复批,必要时做到人人精讲,加深印象。
有时候我也将哪一题错的多统计并记在本子上,保证自己的工作做的细致些。
7、加强家校联系虽然身为英语教师,我还是积极加入我所教班级的班级QQ 群,与家长的沟通并不奢望家长们能帮我做些什么,特别是我们学校的生源所对应的家长们,但最起码我得让他知道自己的孩子在学校是什么样子的,所以我平时还是应该向家长汇报孩子的一些情况,打电话可能太浪费时间或话费,我们可以选择校讯通或是微信,QQ等,这些现代的通讯的方式可能更直观更客观地反映某个孩子的情况。

抓学困生从课堂抓到课外,从学校抓到家庭。
