Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.There is an old saying in China, a man with moral integrity will not accept food given in charity. It is about an story in ancient times when the wars brought everything in chaos and numerous people in starvation. A rich man wanted to help the poor, so he shared food with them. Some businessmen lost integrity, too, they produce fake or inferior commodities to achieve larger profits, even at the risk of the consumers’ health.So we have to ask, what’s wrong with these people, what’s wrong with the whole society? Modernizing replaced the savage, but gets rotten itself. Are we really civilized, spiritually? Why are people so greedy, so selfish, so eager to pursuit something they don’t really need? An old saying goes, human nature is kind at the beginning of life. I believe that there is always an angel in the bottom of everyone’s heart. However it is so fragile that can be easily influenced by the outside world, especially in such an age with advanced media tools. Massive information, good or bad, poured into our eyes and ears, formulating complex and confused brains. (Imagine when the young teenagers have access to all the information in the world, what will they be like when they grow up?
