力量训练英文作文高中

I hit the gym every day after school. I love the

feeling of lifting weights and pushing my body to the limit.

It's a great way to release stress and build strength.

When I first started strength training, I could barely

lift the barbell. But with consistent effort and

determination, I've seen significant improvements in my

strength and muscle definition.

One of the best things about strength training is the

sense of accomplishment that comes with reaching new

personal records. It's a great feeling to see progress and

know that all the hard work is paying off.

Strength training has also improved my overall fitness

and endurance. I feel more energized throughout the day and

have noticed an increase in my athletic performance.
