摘要本文主要介绍了立式颗粒包装机的国内外研究现状及发展趋势。
并且以相似类型的颗粒包装机为参考,依据包装工艺路线,确定了设计方案;根据对比分析结果,确定了有关机构的形式,并进行了结构设计及相关计算;绘制了整机的装配图、部件图、零件图,对重要部件进行了计算校核,根据平面图结构参数,利用Pro/E软件对其进行了三维建模,对指导整机结构设计提供参考;进行了技术经济分析。

颗粒包装机是将小颗粒产品通过计量装入包装袋内,再进行封装的包装机械。
能较大提高生产效率、降低人工劳动强度。
本设计主要研究物料供送系统的结构设计和包装材料供送机构的设计。
首先由包装机的生产能力确定计量装置的大小来完成物料的计量,从而完成物料的供送。
其次由包装材料的传送路线确定引导辊的位置来完成包装材料的供送。
本设计主要设计颗粒包装机的包装材料成型与供送系统,包括供送包装材料的辊子,引导辊,成型器;物料供给系统,包括料斗,计量器,导流槽;以及计量器的传动系统。
本次设计采用了象鼻成型器和改进后的转鼓式计量装置。
本设计能进一步提高其包装性能,结构简单、重量轻、外形尺寸小、设备费用低、运转安全,操作方便、便于维修和管理。

Granule packaging machine feeds small products through the measurement into the packing bag, and then packaging system to finish packing. It could greatly improve the production efficiency,and reduce labor intensity.This design mainly research materials for structure design and packaging material feeding system. Determined firstly by packing machine production capacity to complete material metering device size, thus completing the material supply. To determine the route followed by packaging materials to finished packaging material guide roller position feeding.Packaging material forming the main design particles this design packaging machine and feeding system, including the supply roller, and sent packing material guide roller, forming device; material supply system, including the hopper, measuring device, guide groove; and the metering transmission system. 依据包装工艺路线,确定了设计方案,根据对比分析结果,确定了横封、纵封以及切断机构的形式,从基本理论、基本工作原理、基本分析方法上对设计作了阐述,并进行了结构设计及相关计算。
封口对于包装来说是一道不可缺少的工序,只有封口以后才能密封保存和便于运输销售,因此对封口系统的详细研究设计就具有了一定的意义。
本设计能进一步提高包装机封口系统的性能,并且结构简单、结构尺寸较小,便于安装和维护,操作简单方便。

摘要本论文是关于小颗粒食品的包装设备简称颗粒包装机的设计。
颗粒包装机是将小颗粒的食品装入袋内,再封装。
主要适用于小食品、医药产品的包装。
它具有操作简单、生产量大、适用范围广等特点。
颗粒包装机主要由几部分构成:引导成型部分、喂料部分、纵封牵引部分横封切割部分。
塑料薄膜安装在退卷装置上,经过导辊的引导输送塑料薄膜在成型器的作用下形成袋状,这时纵封将袋封上纵向口,喂料装置下料,横封辊在将其封住横向开口,并且切断。
至此一个包装袋形成。
本文从基本理论、基本工作原理、基本分析方法上对设计作了阐述。
在本次设计中采用了象鼻成型器,转盘式定量供料器,滚轮纵封装置,整体加工式横封辊结构。
滚轮纵封装置将以往的纵封和牵引合为一体,这样既节省了空间,又使整体更具有美观性。
整体加工式横封辊结构将横封和切断装置合成一体,减少了封装时间。
最后一个重要的部分是UG的建模、装配。

颗粒料包装机的PLC自动控制设计摘要随着我国改革开放的不断深入和世界经济一体化的日益显现,我国包装工业的发展遇到了新的挑战。
为了满足人们不断攀升的物质文化需求,跟上包装工业产品、质量的更高要求,适应包装生产科学技术的日新月异,包装工业的技术研究必须与时俱进,不断更新和升级。
由于传统继电器控制的颗粒料包装机工作时存在电路复杂、可靠性差、故障诊断与排除困难等缺点,因此提出了用PLC对包装机控制系统进行设计。
可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制系统的核心装置,功能强大、性能稳定可靠,在现代工业自动化生产中得到了广泛的应用。
本设计详细阐述了集PLC技术,光电感应技术,通信技术于一体的先进控制技术在该包装机控制系统中的应用。
通过对小型全自动颗粒料包装机工艺过程的分析,克服了传统小型包装机传动方案的缺陷,提出了PLC控制的柔性化包装机的构想。
设计工作的任务包括包装机构和运动分析,控制部分的硬件选择,电气原理图的绘制和三菱PLC程序编写,以及各个电气元器件的选择与安装,最终给出了PLC控制包装机系统的硬件组成和软件设计,其中包括PLC选型、I/O地址分配、I/O端子接线、程序设计和控制原理。

By the describing of the basic operation of small automatic packager, and overcome the defects of now used packager in transmission system. The main designer include in the analyzing of the packaging machine’s structure and the movement, protracting the electric schematic diagram, writing the PLC programming and the choosing and fixing the electric’s parts of an apparatus. H=12mm, 1=30mm, 2=20mm。

XX一般来说,开始总是以模仿人工包装的动作,作为自动机工艺设计的初步依据。
但是作为高明的设计者,不能只局限于模仿人工包装动作。
如大家熟悉的家用缝纫机,它的缝制工艺远比手工缝制的完美,面线、底线同时完成。
XX 因此,在开始设计自动机工艺时,首先应对人工包装动作进行分析研究,并在此基础上进行综合、提高,使之更加完善,更能适合机械动作的要求。
1.产品特征XX粒装巧克力糖呈圆台形,轮廓清楚,但质地疏松,容易碰伤。
因此,考虑机械动作时应适合它的特点,以保证产品的加工质量。
例如产品夹紧力要适当;在进出料时避免碰撞而损伤产品;包装速度应适中,过快会引起冲击而可能损伤产品等.包装工艺首要的是要解决坯件的上料问题。
显然,像巧克力糖之类的产品,使用一般料斗上料方法是不适宜的。
如果采用料仓式上料方法,则需要人工定时放料,每分钟放120粒糖也够紧张的。
如果将自动机的进料系统直接与巧克力糖浇注成形机的出口相衔接,则比较容易解决巧克力糖的自动上料问题。

1 绪论1.1 本课题研究的背景仿真技术是一种基于智能设计技术、并行工程、仿真工程及网络技术的先进制造技术。
仿真技术也是一门多学科的综合性技术,它以控制论、系统论、相似原理和信息技术为基础,以计算机和专用设备为工具,利用系统模型对实际的或设想的系统进行动态试验[1]。
仿真技术经过半个多世纪的发展,从研究简单系统到现在已经成为人们研究复杂系统的有力工具,大致经历了三个阶段。
发展阶段:二次大战末期,火炮控制与飞行控制动力学系统的研究促进了仿真技术的发展。
成熟阶段:在军事需求推动下,70年代中期,仿真技术不但在军事领域迅速发展,而且扩展到许多领域,20世纪80年代初以美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)和美国陆军共同制定和执行的SIMNET(SimMlators Network)研究计划以及美国三军建立先进的半实物仿真试验室为标志,标志着仿真技术发展到了一个新的高级阶段[2]。
随着仿真技术的发展,仿真技术应用目的趋于多样化、全面化。
最初仿真技术是作为对实际系统进行试验的辅助工具而生的,而后又用于训练目的,现在仿真系统的应用包括:系统概念研究、系统的可行性研究、系统的分析与设计、系统开发、系统测试与评估、系统操作人员的培训、系统预测、系统的使用与维护等各个方面。
动态仿真的应用领域已经发展到军事以及与国民经济相关的各个重要领域。
在包装行业中,利用仿真技术的优势,可加快包装产品的研制、开发过程,缩短了设计、试制周期。
